Went here and left within 5 minutes. The check in women was rude. We had to wait and there was one other customer in front of us. Cool, no problems with that. I can wait like an adult. I asked to use the restrooms and was told that I would need the representative to take me to the rest room and I would just have to wait. I leaned in to her and whispered that I had a medical issue related my bladder and asked to have someone just let me in the bathroom. She told me they I would just have to wait or leave. So we left. Great customer service, not. Didnt realize Verizon didnt care about their customers, especially ones with medical issues. It wouldnt have been that hard to let me into the rest room to address medical problems.

If you going to go to this store, go see Joshua Watters. Im 70 years old. I dont know a lot about phones (actually nothing at all) he fixed my phone, explained my Bill and told me things that no other employee has told me. I didnt know I could have a discount on my account. No ones told until I met Josh. Hes very knowledgeable and very patient with me. He didnt rush me allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I asked if I should upgrade my phone. He advised me not to upgrade even though I was eligible. I loved the fact that he looked out for me and what was best for me and not for what he needed. I will be back to this store because of Joshua.

A month ago I thought I had another device linked to my already existing account and the data plan adjusted to less money-per-month, because I use wifi AMAP. Unfortunately, when the bill came it was more than doubled! Thankfully, Karen fixed it ASAP, but I still had to pay for the data error that someone else made. Otherwise, they would have received 5 stars, because they are courteous and conscientious with clients and actually work to solve problems. One note, the meeter-greeter is a waste of wages; thats money better spent for another technician or salesperson. The electronic sign-in is much better and eliminates the feeling of cronyism.

Be prepared to wait. Stood around for 20 minutes before they checked me in. Told me there were two people in front of me. There were 8 people working, only two helping people and the rest were either standing around or going in and out of the back (Im guessing its their break room). Waited for an hour before asking how much longer Id have to wait. She said I was next. Waited another 20 minutes before someone finally helped me. Asked for a phone that I called ahead and made sure they had, but it miraculously sold within the ten minutes it took me to get to the store. Whatever. Terrible customer service. Avoid this store if possible.

Worst customer service ever from surprisingly managers after waiting a few we got the help we needed from associates having to run back-and-forth across the store because To speak with managers who never wouldve just us face-to-face Drew Howard , Greg Burney and Jarrod Smith you guys should be shame of the way business is been conducted at the store I would like thank Kenny Franco for his patience and Hardwork.

Worst store customer service EVER!!! Every time I go in there the tech support people are condescending and in a hurry so they dont hear what you need. I can remember only ONE TIME that the customer service has been a good experience. I have been with Verizon for 15+ years and only get acceptable assistance by CALLING Verizon. I dont know why I even bother going in there anymore! UGH!!!

I wish they would bring back the machines to sign yourself in. It would free up an agent to help people. Instead of having an agent dedicated to waiting for people to walk in and sign them in, put that person to work. Maybe then we wouldnt have to wait hours to be seen.

My phone broke so I went here and they got me all set up again it was a little bit busy but youre an adult you can be patient and wait staff was professional and knowledgeable about the latest technology very happy with the customer service provided by Verizon.

Waited for 2 hours and they couldnt fix my phone. When i left and called the 1800 number they couldnt fix the cloud or backup program either. Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
