If I could I would give them 0 stars. Been to this location three times with NO help. They act like they want to help but every time you ask them a question is , I dont know or I cant do that. I recently switched with sprint and I needed a copy of my last bill I told them I tried logging onto my account but it kept saying there was no account so k asked them if they could log on. But nothing they said they dont know what happened and that since I switched my account doesnt exist anymore therefor, I cant get a copy of my last bill cycle. Upset and worried, I walked in SPRINT next door and the man was helpful and he then tried to log onto my At&t account. Whats really embarrassing is that sprint not an At&t store was able to find my account and print my last billing cycle for me... SPRINT!! The At&t store is a JOKE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. D finally puts a bad name to AT&T.

Amazing service (at cell phone service side of the store)... I just went in the store, got help very quickly by a young man named Montea. I was having a difficult time with my iPhone 6 because it was not excepting a charge. I had literally just taking it to a local cell phone repair shop and they cleaned it out and they said it was going to need to have a replacement charger port, and that would cost $83. While they were also helpful and nice, they were not correct. In comes Montea and literally fixes it within five minutes. He said I just need a little bit of cleaning. Handed me back the phone with a smile and no charge. I am beyond relieved. Im so thankful that I stopped here and got a second opinion.

My Father walk in store to change his broken phone he was send from another location to do so .Been ATT customer 15 years I never experience Customer Service Representative been Rude ,NASTY is Kind Word His Name was Chris ..He only know how to say NO and NO and No ..Short Disrespectful,,I was having feeling I am call Prison not ATT store he sound like I was hard Criminal that lost civil rights that how he treat me over the phone .Sad very sad ...Chris Prison hiring but no way you can qualify to work there as well you are to Rude

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my phone battery dying quickly on my newer phone, the customer service/repair team did an excellent job diagnosing and helping solve this issue. Everyone was courteous and professional and went above and beyond expectations. Thanks!

Terrible customer service at the south side location. The manager Robert was less than accommodating and misleading about company policies and the ways in which he could help in my situation. The representatives at the Avenues location were much more accommodating and helpful.

This is the only at& t location I will go to. I live in Green Cove Springs. I have several locations I could go to that are closer to me. I have had the best customer service at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Youre better off fixing your phone on your own! Long wait, TERRIBLE customer service, and NO HELP! I went in to get my phone fixed and they never sent in my affidavit! Now Ive been without my phone a week! AVOID THIS PLACE!
