Pésimo servicio al cliente. A diferencia del cricket de la osceola parkway, q las chicas y los chicos buscan hasta lo mínimo x hacerte sentir bn, aclarar tus dudas y hacerte sentir q están allí para ti y x ti. En esta tienda de Poinciana el servicio al cliente es horrible. Llegas y ya sientes q ni kieren atenderte o sientes urgencia d irte, x el trato q dan. Prefiero viajar 25 min. Contar d recibir un buen servicio al cliente

Mi esposo compro un telefono y se le daño a los 3 meses..llamo y llamo..para que le enviaran otro..estuvo mas de una hora que lo tenian como bolita de pinpon...por fin cuando lo atendieron le dijeron que el telefono llegaba el viernes..mi gentee llego el martes..yyyyy era otrooo telefono no el que el tenia...se podran inmaginar....no solo el servicio si no tambien los dueños...no sirven..

I use to love Cricket and the service we got at our local store. No more. The help acts like they would rather be anywhere but working. We have had more problems with our phones since the old staff is no longer there. So sad. Ive recommended so many people that I wish I hadnt. I use to look forward to the smiling faces and the staff being so helpful. Please get those type of people back. And also...the guys need to pull up their pants. One has pants that hang below his bottom.

I went to return my phone because the phone is horrible keeps freezing and they had no customer service the so called store manager was rude and had no compassion for a paying customer I only had the phone for 2 weeks I deal with customers all day at my job and u can break policy with permission from you GM I asked for his boss number and didnt Evan try to get it to me. Do not get a cricket phone from this store do your self a favor!

Shoddy customer service!! Went to upgrade my sons phone, dude had HIS phone in his face ,texting, the whole time. Dude was so apathetic, I thought I walked into a robbery, and they had the real employee tied up in back or something. Only convenience kept me there, but, wont ever go back. Ill spend the extra gas and time to go to Osceola Parkway store!

The store manager refused to help me with an exchange with my phone it keeps freezing lagging the battery keeps dying and kicking me out of apps i explained to him and asked for his manager number and he went on facebook and ignored me and told me they were closing !
