Let me spell it out M...I...K...E... This guy is nothing short of EXCELLENT. Let me state I have worked for large retailers, fast food restaurants, and successful independent contractors of various fields. The one thing they all demand is CUSTOMER SERVICE. He provides nothing short of your expectations. He is willing to take care of and listen to all your concerns from start to finish. Best of all, he doesnt give you the old mechanic routine, of fix a problem and make a new one so that he can charge you over and over just to line his employers pockets. He showed me nothing but care and kindness when it came to fixing my laptop. Took in a new 250gb ssd, I wanted Windows 10 on it, told him it was for an older laptop I was upgrading. This is the only service I was charged for, in his general knowledge and intuition he told me if it didnt work in my laptop from the moment I installed it myself and booted it up, it could be drivers that are a problem. Long story short he installed my drivers, installed Windows 10, requested that I brought in the laptop for a better diagnostic result. I did, He ran several tests, Ram was bad, "go figure". Left knowing my problem, wasnt overcharged or charged for all his time and knowledge, and best of all left knowing that wherever he goes im following, hes dedicated to fixing whats broken. Corporate needs to give this gentlemen his own store to manage, and from there theyll see that his customers are loyal to him, which in turn provides a huge positive image for their chain locations. No questions asked, call and ask for Mike.

So I travel a lot for work and 2 weeks ago dropped my cell (Samsung Galaxy S II) the screen cacked in 5 places and was black, tunred on but the screen was all blacked out so u couldnt see anything. I use for my phone for work and have all my business contacts on there and MANY were saved to the phone and not sim card so I had 2 repair it. I just moved here few months ago to Orlando & to my happy surprise I live across the street from UBREAKIFIX there 4734 S. kirkman location. I had called b4 going in the guy on the phone was super friendly and answered all my questions, I went in today Aug14,2013 and spoke to Nathan, Super sweet nice and very helpful. He explained to me what was wrong with phone and to give him 2 hrs and if they couldnt repair the phone there would be no charge to me for atemping which was awesome. I called 2 hrs later the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up. I must say the expiernce was soooo nice and they are very helpful answerred all my questions and never rushed me or pushed anything on me! I hope not to drop my cell again but if I ever need or know any1 who needs to repair there phone I will send them there.. Thanks again Nathan you were awesome & im sooo happy my phone is fixed!! GO SEE THESE GUYS U WONT REGRET IT!!!

Very, Very unhappy I and my wife left our Iphone 5 to change the battery and replace the top button yesterday 7/15/16. Today 7/16/16, we were in store for removing, and to our surprise, the Wifi signal and T-Mobile chip, were not working. We were told that we had already left in that state, which is not true, the Wifi signal and T-Mobile were functioning normally. They informed us that should have been before, that the fault was ours. Luckily, I managed to open my e-mail on mobile phone showing that today 11:25 AM, it had been received messages on the phone itself. So I ask: if the phone was not funcinando Wifi and sign T-Mobile since yesterday when I left the store, as we would have today received emails on this phone? We feel absolutely cheated and humiliated for not taking the error, and claim that our word is good for nothing, even proving that we today received emails in the phone itself, which proves it was working. Now, our cell no longer has any connection, we take a device with the battery problem and came back with a device that does not serve for anything.

This may be lengthy but the guys at "UBreakIFix" deserve it... I was visiting ORL and decided to do a phone upgrade at the nearby Verizon Store. However, I did not have the small hex key needed to open up the case on my iPhone (neither did Verizon). I drove down to UBreakIFix hoping they would help me out. My first impression: Simple, Clean store front. There was one customer in front of me and the gentleman behind the counter was courteous and seemed to be very helpful. The customer left satisfied. When I told the gentleman my predicament, he was quick to problem solve. In a matter of minutes (took them a few to find the right tool) I had my iPhone in hand free of labor charge. I find a lot of places are clean and service is good. But I do not find many places where the staff takes pride in what they do. From the bits of conversation I overhead to the short interaction I had, I walked away impressed. Two thumbs up. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!

This is the first time I have felt the need to review anything and its only because I am so angry that I am writing this. About two months ago I dropped my phone and when to get it fixed. About 2 weeks ago I noticed my now "fixed" phones screen was beginning to pop out in the top corner. So I returned and was told that they had not sealed the phone properly so they had to fix it again. When I came back they told me the phone no longer works and that it would take until Sunday to have it fixed. And not only do I not have a phone because they broke it but they didnt have any loner phones to give me. To add insult to injury when i came back to get my phone on Sunday I was told that not only was the phone not fixed but that they didnt even have the pieces int the shop and that i would have to wait another two or three days. If they ever fix my phone i will not be going back to them.

I went to this place to fix my phones screen, Apparently the person who fixed it was new on it BC after that my phone was a mess, I had to push down my screen to unlock my phone and get calls, They glued my screen in the wrong way and something between the frame and the screen wasnt working properly, when I returned to talked to them the manager told me He found coffee inside the battery HELLO!!!! Are you kidding me? He told me to come back in 1 week and he exactly gave me this in a paper because he has to order a new screen and frame for me, when I came back he told me he didnt say that was the date he mentioned eventhough I had it in paper, He said I WILL CALL YOU WHEN THE FRAME GETS HERE.. I still waiting!!!! Thats why I am taking my time and do this, Worst experience EVERRRRRRR!!!! Very disappointed ...

Went in to fix my iPhone because it had a single long ways crack in the screen and had gotten wet. The screen would jump pages and turn on and off. After getting it fixed, with their recommendation of a new LCD screen and glass screen, the total came out to about $200. After getting it fixed, it was still not working properly and I went to get a full refund. they ordered my old screen back but they replaced my phone with a completely shattered, after the market screen. Rather than giving me my original screen, they told me that it had been lost and replaced my apple screen with a worthless, even more broken glass and LCD screen. To top it all off, I recently got it repaired by a friend and learned that the inside was completely messed up due to their tampering rather than fixed and functional.
