Staff is courteous and friendly but I specifically knew what I was going in to purchase, I was due for an upgrade and wanted to pay the price exactly as listed, no games... But the sales girl kept upping to price, adding on accessories I did not want, I JUST wanted the phone, and I SAID THIS and she still tripled the price NOT as to what was listed saying "oh well itll be x-amount with the case... I DONT WANT accessories..... She misquoted the price again a 3rd time and let us walk out, she.let.money.WALK OUT! Teach them to listennnnnn. I just purchased what I wanted ONLINE exactly at the price listed, no BS. These diff franchises do what they want with the pricing... Very annoying. Purchase online people and you wont get played.

Employees are liars. I bought two lines of service here and was lied to about both. The first I was told I would get a certain amount of data tether, come to find out from metro customer service it us actually half the amount I was told by the store. The second was supposed to have a number ported. The store lied and never ported the number, took hours on the phone with metro to get the account right. Every time I was in the store I had to wait behind someone else complaining that they had been lied to. The excuse was always "the person who told you that is not here today". Save your self the trouble, go to one of the other 5 metro stores within a few miles of this place and help put the liars out of business.

Customer service sucks. Theres only like 3 types of phones available and staff only cares about commission and making money, they dont care about the customer.
