I purchased a used 2013 Ford Edge on 10/30/16. Scott Fanning the executive sales associate did a great job and I walked away happy with my purchase. About 4 months ago I started to have issues with a battery drain. A month ago my husband replaced the battery with a brand new one. Unfortunately, the problem didnt go away. A couple weeks ago I parked my car, turned off everything, and locked my doors. As I got to the doorstep of my house I heard my car stereo turn on all by itself. The car ignition was off. On Monday 7/24/17 I brought my vehicle to the service department at Mullahey Ford. The next evening after several calls to determine the status of my vehicle, I learned that a parasitic drain was likely coming from the radio. I was informed it is a common problem with this model and the only way to fix the problem is to replace the whole stereo system. The cost to replace system is $675 and is not covered under the extended warranty. All this not good news. But, the worst of it has been dealing with Carol Thornton the Service Advisor, who is supposed to advise customers about what service needs to be done on their car. Carol addresses me like I am nuisance to her, and gets testy when I ask questions about my vehicle in attempt to understand the problem or seek assurance that installation of a whole new stereo system will actually resolve the problem. It addition, she has no compassion or regard that I have had to arrange alternate transportation to and from work since Monday. 7/26/17 my vehicle is still in the shop. When I called this morning to inquire as to when my vehicle would be repaired, she was testy with me for asking because it was only 8:00 in the morning. How in the heck am I supposed to know what time their parts arrive? Not to mention she asked me to call her. I am very soured by my experience. There is nothing worse after purchasing a car then finding out you will are not supported by the dealership you purchased it from.

Id like to first start by saying Ive never written a review for anything in my life, but in this case I felt morally compelled too. I am combat wounded veteran and an honest person making an honest living, here is my experience with Mullahey. So I brought my wifes truck to the dealership for a warranty complaint due to A/C not working. After looking at it they say its not covered under warranty because it is rodent damage, they give me a quote of $936 for repairs . Well Im a mechanic and I found this quote to be extremely inflated and frankly BS because it should be warrantable under the extended warranty. I took a look at it myself and in fact the wire was rubbed in half, not chewed on by any critters. Another observation I had was that the main wiring harness they wanted to replace for $900 was just 1 wire rubbed in half and another partially rubbed, its an easy 10 min fix of 2 butt connecters, heat shrink and re routing the harness a little. I brought complaint to service writer Carol she was rude, smug, and acted like Im an idiot. So I took my complaint to the Service Manager John and I get about the same, but with a little less attitude. So Im fixing the issue myself for 10 mins of my time and 10 cents. So needless to say their out fishing for your money, if you want to buy a car go next door to Paso Ford, if you need warranty work done go anywhere other than here because they are guaranteed to rip you off.

If I could I would give it negative stars this is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I spent over 40 minutes waiting in the parking lot for someone to help me but no one came to help me. I went inside twice asking if someone could help they just said that Fernando would help me when he finished helping a customer. Also when I went inside and was told that Fernando would help there was 2 other salesmen just standing there doing nothing. Fernando finished helping that customer and went ahead and helped another customer even tho I was next when I asked him if he could help me he said he would be right out another 20 minutes went by and he never came out so finally I just left. I was ready to buy a new Dodge Ram but for some reason they werent interested in my business which really disappoints me since I am a local I thought they would want to especially make there local customers happy.

Terrible service department. Was quoted 135$ for a 20 minute CPU flash. When asked why so high I was told that is just "what they charge" by Tom. The issue is even noted in a service bulletin that states the fix takes 20 minutes! What makes it worse is their website says there is a 125$ fee for electrical issues, which is cheaper than what he wanted to charge me for a known fix! When I asked if they could charge me the hourly rate he told me they dont do that for that. Im sorry, but I dont trust someone who overcharges, regardless of reason. As a side note, called another dealer about an hour away from me and they quoted 40$ for the flash. On a side note, talked with a salesperson and they were quite nice. But I would definitely avoid the service department. I wouldnt trust someone who wants money first, who may "create" issues to line their pocketbooks.

Wish i could give more stars.. Over the past six month i have had my Jeep and Chrysler van repaired and serviced at this new dealership.. Is nice to see we have at last a excellent Jeep and Chrysler dealership on the central coast.. It is worth the drive from Pismo Beach to get the personal attention that my family has received from the service department. This week i purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring to replace my existing van..Wow! I drove the new Honda and Toyota and also Nissan and they were nice but for the value and performance and style and finish this is the one! Special thanks to Jeff and the Sales staff. J.F. Faulkner

Me encanto la atención de uno de sus vendedores. Llovia, salio con paraguas. Muy simpático y nos mostró todo los autos que queríamos a pesar del clima. Muy bien !

Been to many, and have sold cars. Darryl "Action" Jackson is the real deal when it comes to a genuine person. His attention to detail by listening to what I needed made comfortable and relatable, made me feel good in a high stress environment. Bringing old school manners back to the car sales industry.
