The worst experience my husband and I had here! We tried to trade in our car for a vehicle for a truck from this place the ex cop guy that helped us was such a Lier he told us lie after lie he kept telling us we were approved for any car in the lot but kept saying we had issues with having out of state license on one of the test drives he and my husband went to he drove him to the DMV to take a test for the drivers license without permission!! Crazy!!! We had our young son with us and when they finally returned I was so disappointed the act that this employee did. They kept saying we were approved for any car yet they kept telling us this certain car if we applied for it we could leave with it that same day he kept going back with his boss and came out to show us another truck saying the same thing just wasting our time!!! Finally after the whole thing of him taking my husband to the DMV without our permission we got so upset and decided to take our business somewhere else! What I want to know why was my credit checked if only my husband applied for a truck not me? I notice it in my credit report I had a hard inquiry by santos ford from Los banos without my acknowledgement!!! I will be reporting yall I want answers

They suck! I went to buy a car new or used yesterday and apparently they couldnt help me with payments n deposit i was asking for they said it was impossible with my credit well today i went to Momentum Chevrolet in San Jose n i was able to get a brand new 2017 chevy spark ls lower payments lower interest rate then santos was offering and 4 times lower down payment. Santos Ford is a joke with lazy salesman!!!!
