We are Chevrolet people and we have purchased our cars from Gold Rush Chevrolet for many years (after bad experiences with other Chevy dealers). Every vehicle we have purchased here we got a great deal with honest and low pressure sales. The one thing that we have noticed about this dealership is that most of the employees have been there for years. That says a lot! Every time we buy (or sell a car back to them), we are dealing with the same faces. We live in Roseville- where there are many auto dealerships, but we drive to Auburn to deal with the folks at Gold Rush. We love to deal with Stewart when we buy and Greg in the service department - but all of the people there are great.

Other places tend to only care about the car and dont focus too much on the customer. AT GOLD RUSH, THEY CARE ABOUT BOTH. My car was purchased from their used car selection. Since then I have always taken it to Gold Rush for all the service work. I am always impressed by their level of expertise and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Sean in the service department is always super KNOWLEDGEABLE and always has the answers to my questions and I have been nothing but IMPRESSED with the work done on my car. Everyone at Gold Rush is FRIENDLY and always willing to help me. Overall, my experiences have definitely EXCEEDED my expectations. I would recommend going to them for all your car needs!!

Huge thank you to Matt in the service department! Needed replacement keys made for my wifes Tahoe and Matt was great through the process. It took a lot longer than we both anticipated but Matt kept in communication with me the entire time and when it was finished the amount I owed came in less than what I was originally quoted. Matt told me that if the work doesnt take as long then they adjust the price accordingly... Not common in this day and age. Gold Rush Chevy has earned my business from now on! Thanks Matt!!

I bought my 2011 chevy malibu from gold rush chevy in january 2011. My sales man Dustin was not pushy! He was wonderful!! He answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very helpful! So a year later when we needed a second vehicle my husband and I went back to buy from Dustin and found the PERFECT Silverado that met our needs! GO TO GOLD RUSH CHEVY AND SEE DUSTIN!!
