The best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Super honest people, and pleasant to deal with too. I got the best offer from all the dealers I contacted. process was super smooth. Final price was even lower then the internet. If your looking for a clean used car, call them. Im also new to the area and it turns out everyone I ran into has bought a car from them too. Even my mechanic. This isnt the largest dealership I visited but the sales manager was awesome and even helped me buy a bike and kayak rack after I purchased the car.

Absolutely an outstanding experience from start to finish and then beyond. Dave is the sales manager and is knowledgeable, low key, helpful, and just all around a wonderful person to do business with. The entire staff was always helpful and a shout out to Luke who reprogrammed my complicated electronic dashboard when I pushed a wrong button and the programming was out of kilter. Ive already recommended Pioneer Motors and Dave to friends and through groups I belong to, other business owners.

Remember when you received great service, a human approach, and the company going the extra mile to have you as a customer, without hounding you - well thats what I experienced at Pioneer Motors. These guys are great. Plus they take trade-ins, do all the paperwork for your trade and the DMV paperwork for your new car. What a lot of time and hassle they saved me. Plus they just operate with genuine small-town principles. And I love my new Subaru Forester!

My experience with Pioneer Motors was excellent. No pressure, just lots of information patiently provided for every question asked. Dave Callaway is a rock star! He and Keith even arranged to drop me off at Safeway today to grocery shop while a tire was being swapped and then picked me up when the tire was done. What service!
