This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. Leon Carado greeted me with a warm smile and a firm hand shake. I told him I was trying to decide whether or not I wanted to buy a car at this time as my 2008 Acura had come in for service and needed $2900 in repairs. My 2008 TSX had 141,000 miles on it and was only valued on Kelly Blue Book at $8100. I took a look around and was quite overwhelmed with the price of new cars as I had not shopped for a car in many years. Leon took me out and showed me everything on the lot. Leon really earned his commission that day, I must have test drove at least a half dozen cars. Leon patiently gave me the pros and cons of each car. I even drove a Mercedes 300 sedan. Leon informed me he had owned this model and stated the maintenance was about double that of the Acura, although it was a beautiful car. I ended up buying a 2012 TSX Special Edition with 28000 miles. I asked for a 150,000 mile no deductible warranty as a buyers incentive and Leon made it happen. I also asked them to refund the $225 diagnostic fee on my old car and they gave it to me. I received the full dealers trade amount I received via email from Auto Trader as well. I did my homework prior to going in with respect to pricing and financing so I knew what I was willing to spend. All and all I got everything I asked for and more. There was never any pressure or prodding when I told him I needed to think about it a while. Leon, I will be telling everyone I know about you and the Elk Grove Acura Sales and Service Team. My wife and I began the very unpleasant chore of shopping for a different car. However when we went to Acura in Elk Grove we were extremely surprised. We were greeted by Kyle when we entered the lot and explained to him we were just shopping. He asked what were we looking for and we told him a 2010 Acura TSX. He pointed out the cars and explained the differences between cars. He was fantastic. He had a previously scheduled appointment and he got Kevin to come talk to us. We took the car for a test drive and he explained everything about the car. He said we could take it for a longer ride if we wanted. We felt good with everything. No pressure from either of them. Kevin asked about financing and we told him where we were planning to go. He ran various scenarios of length and payments, again no pressure. We went back 2 days later and bought the car. Eddy handled the paper work and actually got us a loan .6% lower than our original place. What great service. He took the time to explain in great detail all the financing, and also the warranties on the car and others we might want to consider. Everyone we dealt with was a true professional and treted us with respect. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR,AND I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Robbie Kwock deserves this 5 star rating. I usually never give reviews but Im so please & satisfied with Elk Grove Lashers Acura that I must say something. Only 2 words sums it up, Robbie Kwock. Yes, he is the most friendly, patient, courteous salesman Ive ever met in my life. No sales pressure, answers any questions or concerns Ive got & always with the biggest smile. He went out of his way to help me, gave me the best deal out of ALL the dealerships Ive visited. If you dont believe me, just try them. If you find a quote from any dealers, just call them & they will beat it by a lot $$$. Wait, theres more, there wasnt the color I wanted in stock so Robbie actually drove all the way to Concord from Sacramento to pick up my MDX personally. Now tell me, will any other dealership do that. Unheard of. They didnt even charge me for the delivery charge or any hidden fees like how Carmax or Others will do. We sent an e-mail inquiry to take a test drive on a Thursday evening. We got an immediate response from Graham Copps, inviting us up right then. As we drove into the lot, the Sonata was sitting out front waiting for us. We were greeted by Graham and went over everything in the car. He made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. The test drive went well and we decided to talk about making a deal. The car was priced right and there was not much haggling necessary. Graham and Robert presented several different terms for financing through our credit union. We chose the one that met our needs and Robert made the signing super easy. While we were doing the paperwork Graham detailed the car for us, even though it was already spotless. It was late and the detailers had already gone home. Now that is customer service! Lasher Acura made our car buying experience easy. They made us feel like we were the most important customer they had. We are so happy with our car. Thank you Lasher!

Leon Carado made this whole experience so smooth. The whole process took a little over 24 hours. The day before I picked up my new vehicle, all I had to do was provide my information over the phone. After work, I went to meet with Leon at the dealership, to test drive a couple of vehicles that he picked for me and my budget. Being that all the financing companies were closed by this time, Leon asked me to return the next day so he can find me better financing options during regular business hours. I went to work the next day and Leon kept me informed of his progress throughout the day. After work, I went back to the dealership, signed my paperwork, traded in my vehicle that was in and "upside down" loan situation and left that evening with new car, 2012 Acura TSX. In addition to Leons great attentive service and empathy of my situation, the team he worked with, to help me get this car were so much help as well. All of them were so informative and friendly.

Above and beyond with customer service!!! Both Anthony and Laura helped me purchase my vehicle. I was approximately $7,000 upside down with my old car and Anthony helped me in providing me all of my different options that I had. I didn’t purchase the last option he provided the same day but he continued to follow up with me the day after, providing me yet another option. I did my research and after talking to a couple other dealerships I knew Anthony had the best option for me so I decided to call him to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He was out of town but he referred me to his partner, Laura, who was able to seal the deal and provide the same excellent customer service. I ended up arriving an hour before Acura was closing but she was still able to assist me with all of my needs and even stayed past closing hours until I drove off the lot. I would give Acura 5 stars out of 5!
