Just bought a duramax from them 2 days ago, Daniel was my sales rep and manager was mike I believe. Service was great and I loved the truck but heres the catch, truck just broke down, feels like bad turbo. As Im waiting for them to call me back I will be updating my review accordingly depending on how they handle this truck that just broke down after two days. Stay tuned I will keep you all posted Alright heres the update, so after looking more into it, I noticed a hole in my muffler on a patched weld so I assumed the exhaust was backed up, I called and talked to mike the manager and he told me to tow the truck at my expense to s muffler shop he always goes to. Mind you I live 50 miles away so that wasnt cheap but I assumed between the muffler shop and mike, it wouldve been worth the $360 tow. Mike has Daniel call me back the next day and tells me they cant help me with the fix because the exhaust is plugged and theres a patch in the muffler that looks look I welded it. (Anybody can shine a weld to make it look fresh) but Really? After two days of owning a $40k truck I cut into a muffler to modify it so I can save myself $100??? Doesnt make sense to me So that night they tell me I cant leave my truck at the dealership or muffler shop due to "liability" so I have to leave work to call a tow truck again and I pay another $375 to get it towed back to a really good diesel repair shop by my house. They call me and tell me the whole exhaust was pieced together, no gaskets or anything, "looks as if it were pieced together to pass smog" so now the whole exhaust was backed up because I had hollowed out cats and muffler that left all kinds of stuff in my exhaust system. After $750 in tow fees and $1300 in repair fees on the exhaust Ive made about 8 attempts to call mike to see if I could get any kind of help with the tow fees and repair fees since I bought a truck with a ruined exhaust. Ive left 3 messages for him to call back, 3 times Ive had employees tell me he just stepped away and I said Id call back and other than that theyve ignored my calls. No word back from mike and its been almost a week. With that being said, the diesel shop I took it to mentioned how many trucks theyve had brought in from zoom motors within a month or two of purchase. They also said it seems like they piece together truck to limp off the lot. Either way the customer service as soon as you sign the papers is completely out the window. Knowing what I know now, these guys seem to be shady. From my opinion and my mechanics, shop elsewhere. Be safe people

My Mother purchased a 2004 XC90 with a little over 100,000 miles. My family needs a car that seats at least 6 people. Found it at Zoom motors and took a trip to test drive. We love the car and how well the prior owners took care of the Vehicle. My Mother purchased the car as she is now living with us and one of the reasons we need more room. She showed up, signed on the dotted line and drove off. Two days later.....the car starts doing a strange gear thing when moving forward from a stop into what felt like second gear. It did this a couple times the 2nd day of ownership. We took it to our Mechanic just to see what the problem might be. Transmission: Fluid totally burnt and slipping in every gear. We dropped the car off at Zoom on Sat Morning 6/21/2014 and still waiting to see what their mechanic has to say about it. Mike, on Sat, did say.... " Well, we are having some issues with your loan and if the car cost more to fix than the car is worth...we will just scrap it and give you your trade in back." See, this is strange to my mother because she drove away with a 30 day Warranty that covers the Transmission ( All internal Lubricated Parts Only). So, Shouldnt Zoom Motors and the Warranty company Honor the 30 day 100% of Labor and 100% of parts Limited Warranty instead of scrapping the deal and trying to put me in something else?

Shady!!! We have been looking for a pickup for a while and found one we really liked at Zoom. The first sales guy we met seemed nice enough although not very knowledgeable. On the return trip, a different sales guy, Fred, sort of intercepted us. He looked at his phone throughout the whole half hour encounter and was snotty and dismissive when we asked questions. It felt very much like he was trying to hide something. There were two trucks we were interested in. All vehicles were locked. We had to ask him twice if he could unlock them so we could see inside. He refused until we decided which one of the two we wanted--would NOT even let us look inside the vehicles without settling on one. Ive never seen anything like it. In addition, he clearly did not want to do business at all with me -- clear lack of respect/acknowledgement for women. It turns out we bought a truck elsewhere--for cash and I wrote and signed the check. Turns out the other dealer wanted our business and never batted an eye that a female asked questions. I will never buy from these guys even if they had the perfect vehicle and wanted to sell it below cost!!! I would seriously pay more for the exact same vehicle to avoid giving these people my money. Disgraceful!!!

Sold me a truck and check engine light came on after 50 miles. Since then, its needed numerous repairs. They only paid half of a thermostat replacement, which should have been paid in full if they were reputable. Not too mention the oil was the worst oil I have ever seen. Apparently they do absolutely NO maintenance or checking into a vehicle at all! They just sell it to you, no matter what. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS AND THAT WILL AFFECT THEIR OVERALL SALES. Contacting the local news stations shortly! I understand accidents, but this is NO accident! It is negligence. UPDATE!!! Guess what? had to replace the oil cooler too. $3500!!! It just keeps getting better and better. Mike the owner contacted me recently and wanted to know what he could do to make me more satisfied. LOL. In negotiations now!!

This place is awesome! Daniel the sales person was just amazing. Took his time and showed me all the trucks I was interested in offered carfax on all vehicles. I didnt catch the ladys name at the front desk but she was extremely nice to my family and I.She Offered us all a seat on the couch hot coco and coffee for all with doughnuts. Daniel never pressured me to buy, kept telling me take your time "I would like to get you into something you like" well my credit was not so great so it took a little while. Meanwhile the kids were getting hungry so Mike even bought them all pizza. This place was just super nice super patient And turned my dream truck into a reality. Thank you Daniel you are the biggest kindest sales rep I have ever met! Mike thank you too! Couldnt have done it without you!
