We came in from Redding, it was during the big storms not the best day to be looking for cars. I was bringing my daughter in to get her first car. She has a long term job, decent credit, and a good down yet after searching all day we were being turned down all over? She was visibly frustrated and I was also feeling bad for the unfortunate luck she was having. We were down to the last few dealers we would look at, it was late and getting dark We saw Latinos and honestly seeing a small lot with that name made me a bit worried, I dont speak Spanish and thought we would have a language barrier or a poor selection of high mileage cars. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice woman who came out in that terrible weather, took time to show my daughter a few different low mileage options and gave her a chance to test drive the ones she liked. This sales person then spent time after closing to talk to my daughter make sure that the car she chose is the selection she would be happy with and answered all her questions. She submitted the application for financing as we sat and waited. After a while the finance guy appeared, went over every line on the contract, answered every question and concern and went over everything with a fine tooth comb as the place was closed. This turned out to be a very happy day for young girl and a pleasing and pleasant experience for a father who was burnt out and tired from a day of wind rain and exhaustion. Test drove a car, ran kinda funny took a look under the hood and it didnt have any coolent/antifreeze. They did a really good job on the detailing of the vehicle though. I say it never hurts to go for your self and test drive a car you want. Just make sure its being taken care of.
