We recently purchased a truck from Rocklin Auto Center. We found the advertisement online and called ahead to ensure it was in fact what we were looking for. Ron ensures the vehicles are in the best shape possible before selling and that was obvious by the documentation he keeps as well as the on-site auto shop. Ron and Pam really understand customer service. They were very transparent, honest and accommodating. We never felt pressured and found the price to be more than fair. We were helped with financing on-site. Ron helped expedite the process the best he could by phoning the bank to encourage them to review the paperwork asap. It worked. The time consuming process of purchasing a vehicle was definitely not as long as other experiences weve had. We felt our family was very well accommodated and overall enjoyed the experience thanks to Ron and Pams attentive nature. We would absolutely do business with them again.

After much online searching, Craigslist shinanigans and Fulton blvd disappointments, we found and purchased our Honda Element from Rocklin Auto Center. Pam and Ron were awesome to work with! We never felt any high pressure tactics but instead felt like we became fast friends with this husband and wife team. Its the kind of good experience that seems so difficult to come by these days. The folks at Rocklin Auto provided a customer service that went beyond professional, they were also pleasant and warm. We highly recommend them and will definitely return The next time were in need of a vehicle. Heck I might just stop by to say hello, thats just how much I enjoyed my experience there.

Horrible. I got an 03 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport for $5000 (overpriced) and it was questionable from the beginning. After less than 500 miles, I realized there were things happening with the car that were abnormal. After going to 3 mechanics, I learned that there was $3000 in mechanical work necessary to make the car road worthy. If the car is worth $3000, and the repairs are estimated at $3000, I believe that is the definition of totalled. Of course, the manager is not willing to help because it has been more than a few days. Thanks a lot, you crooks.
