Long story short, we bought a brand new 2015 kia optima back in early 2016. Recently my wife and i had inquired about them possibly buying back the vehicle or other options to help lessen our payments, due to our current situation. My wife was continuously being tossed around on the phones with little to no service or progress. She finally was able to speak to the service mgr. Here is where we found out we actually had no gap insurance or warranty. My wife contacted the owner with no attempt from him to return our calls for possible solutions. We decided to try our luck at roseville kia, as i personally had great experience at roseville bmw. They were able to take our optima as trade, cut our monthly payments by 30%, fit us into a brand new kia rio, while including gap insurance and a maintenance package. All done with extreme care and smiles. 2 thumbs up for ROSEVILLE KIA and 100 THUMBS DOWN TO ELK GROVE KIA. We were told that the people who served us previously at elk grove no longer work there and their whole sales team is new? Comparing the two dealerships, roseville kia actually took the time to find out a customers needs and find the best deal to suit them. Elk grove kia seemed like they just wanted to push a quick sale, ultimately screwing over a customer. Take your buisness to roseville. See mike, paul, and britannia.

I think the most comprehensive thing I could say about this dealership is that I recently purchased my seventh vehicle in eight years here. Well technically, not just me; that includes my wife, son and daughter. In fact, my son traded in his first car from here for another. Shortly thereafter, he had a road hazard accident, took the insurance money and came right back here for another Kia. Ive been stopped at red lights and people have rolled down their windows and asked me "How do you like your Sorento?" That NEVER happened to me before. My response has always been "I love it!" Ive always kept my vehicles serviced by this dealership, even though there are "cheaper" services available. I keep all service sheets in the vehicle. That recently paid off when I traded in my paid off Sorento for a 2012 Sorento and received more than a fair deal. when I tell others how much they gave me for the old Sorento, everyone is surprised. Yes, I still love the make and model. In short, if you want no-pressure browsing, unflinching answers to your myriad of questions, sincerely friendly service, a vehicle youll love, and your vehicle serviced like it was their own, then come to Kia. I promise you a great experience.

Best car buying experience. Let me start by saying I hate buying cars. I hate the pushy attitude and the "If I can do _______, will you buy a car today?" My wife called several dealerships before finding Elk Grove Kia. They treated her fairly, and tried to work with her in getting out of a garbage lease she had gotten herself into. I arrived, signed the paperwork and left. I never felt pressured, and there wasnt a moment where I felt someone was being dishonest. I would recommend this dealership because of the respect and dignity they seem to value. One final note, while at the dealership, my wife overheard another salesman spinning a line to another customer about car payments and why its unreasonable to expect a good deal. I know youre trying to make a profit, and the bargaining nature of purchasing a car will force an adversarial relationship. People respect honesty and openness. We felt we received both. I would go back to Elk Grove Kia.

Very unfortunate. I spent the week in contact with the sales person David. Assured they would have the vehicle that I was looking for. Even confirmed it hours before I left my house. The drive was over an hour. Turns out. They didnt have the car I was looking for and were just hoping they could sell me a similar car for "a great deal." I was very specific in what I wanted over my multiple connections with David. The fact I just wasted 3 hours of my life driving for no reason didnt seem to matter to the sales manager. He asked for "proof" that I was told they had the car I was looking for. Odd not to take a customers word, but I abliged and showed him the email, and a voicemail. A simple, cold faced, "sorry" was all he could muster. Couldnt even pretend to care externally, after I told him I had no interest in buying the other car. At least pretending youre upset would have helped. I wouldnt recommend buying here, but thats because Im big on honesty.

I have been calling for months for my repayment I made on a car I traded. I traded my car in January and Elk Grove KIA didnt close the deal which took longer to the point the finance company kept calling me to pay it or it will end up on my credit. I called and spoke with David and he stated to pay it and they will end up reimbursing me because the day of pay off amount will reflect the different as a over-payment and they will automatically send me my check. Wrong!!! They didnt finish up my paper work until March which included February payment. Mind you Again I don even have the car. I traded mines in. Its now April 12th and STILL no check. I called and now Im hearing they are waiting for my title. NO ONE called me. I have spoken with David, Carl, Kristy, and other reps and nothing. I had a lot of broken promises. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Until this purchase I had never had a good experience buying a car, but I must say that this was a very pleasurable experience. The dealership is great and has quite a broad spectrum of choices. The entire staff is knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Tony treated us like family and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and confident in our purchase. He stayed late to make sure everything went through and even gave us a crash course in all of the features of our new Sorento. He even took the time to make follow up phone calls to see how we were doing and how we liked the vehicle. His no pressure attitude and genuine concern for our wellbeing has made us a life customer. Highly Recommended!!!

Bad!!! It might seem small to others and the techs at Elk Grove Kia BUT I JUST BROUGHT THIS 2013 Kia Optima last year 5/2014 and I have already had a bat battery.. I couldnt believe it! This car is too new to have small problems like this be overlooked before putting a brand new car on the lot for sale. Especially being sold for SO MUCH AND ALREADY HAVE A PROBLEM LIKE THIS. I can only imagines what else they overlooked..! Then the mechanics said they did a yearly inspection and said everything looks good! LIES! He check my tires and who knows what else and when I went to a couple of different tire shops, one owned by a family friend, they both told me my tires were bad and really needs to get changed soon!!!

Bought a certified Kia Sorento 2014 last year from Elk Grove Kia in Sacramento, and its been less then a year. Our rear left door handle fall off and took it in for a service. Weve bought extra warranty to cover "bumper to bumper" so I figured it would be covered but no, its not covered they said. They told me its going to cause $403 for a door handle replacement! Other issues we had so far is having issue with navigation system, rear view camera, lever for back sit doesnt work well. Service person told me they have to charge extra also for diagnostic to check out any other defects. Its hard to get a good service and I didnt get one here.
