Very pleased. Recently I was an accident and my Element got totaled leaving me to find a new vehicle. Having a growing family my eyes were set on the Pilot. I had one picked out but me being from Duluth there was an opportunity of it being sold by the time that I got there that weekend. When I called to inquire about it I was transferred to Jason Paciorek in sales. We spoke and they were able to hold it for me for a few days until I was able to travel to Inver Grove with my family. When we got to the dealership I met with Jason and took the Pilot for a test drive. I knew this was the vehicle that I wanted so I really was just going down to pick it up. This was a big purchase for me that being the Pilot was an 09 with 90K miles. One of the first things Jason told me was "I dont lie" and as a costumer to hear that. Made me feel really good about my purchase. We got the Pilot back to Duluth I started having second thoughts on the extended warranty because I have heard that they can be scams and what not....Jason and I emailed back and forth about this and what I need to do to make sure that I would have no problems in event that I need to make a claim. He explained everything to me and gave me a piece of mind that I made the right decision. Another thing happened when i got back to Duluth. The very next day my wife and I noticed a funny noise when we went to started the Pilot after it had sat for 8 hours or longer... I thought it may have just been a fluke and wouldnt happened again but it contented with the first start through out the week, So I called Jason and said that there was an issue the very next day that we had it and that it should have been checked before it left the lot in inver grove. To make a long story short they are going to work with the Honda dealer in Duluth to get this fixed at no cost to me. ... and here is where I rave. The thing that I appreciated and respected most is that Jason did not just treat me like a customer. He treated me like a person. He took care of the issues that I was having, assured that everything would be fine and was responsive if I had any questions/doubts. If anyone asks me where they should go to buy their next vehicle it is Inver Grove Honda with a doubt, no questions asked. They are loyal and personable to their customers and understand that buying a vehicle is a huge investment. If you do decide to go to Inver Grove Honda find Jason Paciorek. He is one of the most truthful, respectable, and understanding persons that you will ever meet. He will make you feel at home.

Last week I went into Inver Grove Honda knowing exactly what I was looking for. I had the pleasure of working with Evelyn Wood who was more than helpful in assisting me in finding the exact kind of car I was looking for. All of the staff was very friendly and I was able to test drive the car I was interested in, trade in my car, get my new car financed (their interest rates beat some of the best I found!) and drive it off the lot in just over two hours. Since bringing my new car home, Evelyn has contacted me to make sure everything is working out okay. I would highly recommend Inver Grove Honda to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. To start, hands down, Inver Grove Honda is the best dealership in Minnesota to buy a Honda ... PERIOD! I live a mile away from Buerkle Honda and travel to Inver Grove Honda instead because the customer service and car buying experience is second to none at Inver Grove Honda. Most importantly, Julye Davidson and Kari Skarman are incredible! By far, they offer the best purchasing experiencing that you will ever encounter when shopping for a Honda. This past Saturday, we purchased our 2nd car from Julye and the experience was even better than when we bought our Odyssey from her in 2013. To summarize, I basically "killed" our 1999 Honda Civic that had well over 250,000 on it and was still running well. Feeling that we lost a great family friend in our 1999 Civic, we were feeling quite hopeless not knowing what to do for a replacement for our Civic. After thinking through our options, I hopped online and chatted with Kari Skarman and informed her of our situation. She informed us that Inver Grove Honda was having great deals on new 2015 Civics that weekend to the point that they were at or below the price of some of the used cars on the lot. After speaking with Julye last minute (it was past 4:00 PM on Saturday), she said that she would stay so that we could look at the Civics and figure out options. We basically pulled up shop, got all the kids in the Odyssey and headed down to Inver Grove Honda as fast as we legally could go. When we arrived, Julye and Kari both greeted us, calmed our nerves (we were sort of frazzled after what occurred to 1999 Civic) and showed us our option in new 2015 Civics ... all while being super professional and acting as if we were their best customers ever. We were treated like valued customers throughout the entire process. As always, that is the way Julye and Kari treat all their customers (saw it first hand after we were finished purchasing our new Civic) and that is the reason why we will always purchase our vehicles from Inver Grove Honda. Julye Davidson, Kari Skarman and the Inver Grove Honda sales team make the car buying experience the way it should be and is supposed to be. Again, they offer the best car buying experience in Minnesota ... hands down!
