DON"T EVER EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a GMC Jimmy on September 15, 2014. After driving the vehicle 56.6 miles it broke down. We brought it back to get fixed and they gave us a loaner car, they had got off the lot. A week went by and we had heard nothing about our car, when I finally contacted them, they said they that were not willing to fix the Jimmy we bought, and they offered us the loaner car. The loaner car was FULL of problems. In fact when I went to check the oil the dip stick was so rusted to the car and it took 10 min of prying to get it off, the breaks were so bad we could here them, the mirrors didnt work, the radio was out, the windows were cracked, and so much more. Now I dont know about you, but the reason I went to the dealer was because I thought they at least did a safety check on cars, and I am wondering how breaks were so bad, and the oil wasnt even checked, before putting it on the lot to sell... Moving on. They said they would try to look for another vehicle, if they didnt find one, they would have to give ours back, and we would be responsible. A month went buy, and somehow this DEALERSHIP was not able to find a car for us. On October 15, 2014 we went to bring the loaner in and work something out with them. They said we would be "stuck" with the loaner, because they got rid of (sold) our Jimmy to someone else. When asked how they could do that without our permission, or us signing the tittle, they stated "the title was never transferred in your name. We never turned it in to the DMV, so as far as they are concerned the car was never yours". I HAVE THE RECEIPT OF SALE proving I bought the car. The loaner car was returned to them. They refuse to give us our money back to this day. We have called the Better Business Bureau and we are working with the Attorney General, yet they still refuse to give us our money back. So at this point it has been 2 months and 3 days since the sale. We have no car, they wont give us back our money, so now we have to go to court. Save yourself the headache of what we are going through. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought my 2008 Mazda cx-7 here. I have had it for a year now and have put $2000 In repairs and that wasnt including what was covered by the warranty that they offered me for $1500 when I put the down payment down. When I arrived I saw this car and instantly fell in love we went to drive it and it wouldnt start. Turns out it needed a new battery so I made them replace it before I would do a deal. Come to find out there was so much lack of love on this vehicle I dont know how many owners it had had. It was from Florida and when I went to have a major repair done (cadillatic converter over $1000) they mechanic told me that it looked like who ever had the vehicle when something started to go wrong under the hood they simply were GLUING THE PIECES TOGETHER AND REPAIR WIRH GLUE!!!! I was shocked it turns out there was secretly so much wrong with my beautiful car I was really disappointed in this company for not releasing anything claiming they knew nothing and that they no longer can help me with any repairs since now I have to go through the loan company. They even had the wrong wipers on the car!! Like really?!?! Worst place I have ever experienced! TOTAL SCAMMERS!

I understand they are a used dealer, I understand i was looking at a used (10 year old) vehicle. The staff there was friendly and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. I told them which vehicle I was interested in and they got me the keys. I test drove it and went back to the dealer. Once I returned they had the keys to a very similar vehicle ready for me to test drive as well. Both vehicles had their flaws, and by flaws it was blatantly obvious the vehicles werent properly cared for at some point. One of the vehicles I drove needed brakes and had a broken radio antenna. The other vehicle sounded like bolts were rattling around the airbag and the sunroof didnt work. Yes I understand these are 10 year old vehicles, but seriously test drive them yourselves and put yourself in a buyers shoes! I understand they are sold as is which includes all flaws, but take pride in your fleet by addressing some issues with the vehicle (it isnt that expensive/time consuming to install a radio antenna).There were other vehicles I could have considered, but honestly wasnt worth my time. Even the detailing was sub-par as only half the interior was thoroughly vacuumed.

I drove over 2 hours for the kia sorenta but they sold it before i could get there. I was very sad, but they did their best to fit my suv needs because i have two great danes and i need the space! After test driving a few, i didnt think suited my needs they told me they would buy me a new one the next day. After drivi g home and coming back, they lived up to the word. I got a nice suv for my dogs. I am happy as my credit is terrible and i got my payments in fair payments, a warentee which im finding i need to put to use right away. Happy about that. Best place to get a nice car with bad credit! Great friendly people. Will consider trading my suv in when my payments are over and credit is established. Happy customer★★★★♥

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM HIM AND I DRIVE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON!!!! THE GUY SELLS BOGUS CARS, ALL HE WANTS IS UR MONEY. I RETURNED THE CAR 2 DAYS LATER AND HE REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND NOW IM SUING HIM!! BEWARE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED!!!

First day I went in the people seemed nice, then I bought a truck from them. After the fact I found out it the loan was illegally set up, and they also scammed 1,000 dollars out of me. Has now been 2 and a half months and I have yet to receive the license plates or title. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They are scam artists selling shoddy vehicles. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
