I am new to this area and being a loyal Polaris customer thought it was great to have a dealer close to me. Stopped in one day when my father was visiting and wished to trade in his motorcyle for a new Slingshot. He finally got the attention of an older man (presumed to be the owner) whom was very rude with him regarding the trade. He could have easily said "No thanks We are not doing trade-ins", instead his comment was, "sell your bike yourself on Craigslist and then Ill talk to you about a purchase. My father was just going to purchase the Slingshot outright but I advised him against it due to how rude the guy was. Fast forward a couple months, giving the dealer the benefit of the doubt, everyone has bad days, and I decided to give them a second chance. This time my wife was looking to upgrade to a larger bike. The same guy came out and listened to my wife decsribe the situation then replied, "what the hell would I want your bike for, I have hundreds to sell". Again in a rude and derogatory tone implying "how dare you come in here and ask such a question". Not appreciating the tone he took with my wife we turned right around and left the store. I now know why he has so many bikes to sell, because his rude, pompus attitude turns off all buyers as he literally chases them out of his dealership. I now am driving an hour away for my purchases and service. Not sure how this dealership is still in business. Even tried contacting Polaris directly to let them now how this establishment is killing the brand in this area. Absolutely appaulling behavior. I would highly advise not going here and seek out another dealer. Youll be much happier. I dont even care if they are priced lower. I will gladly pay a little more for simple respect and appreciation for my business.

I had a very mixed experience, but overall it was positive because I knew exactly what I was going for and saved a lot of money by making the drive. If you know exactly what youre looking for, do not go anywhere else as they beat everyones out-the-door pricing by thousands! If youre still shopping around, they do have a huge selection so you can see a lot of different options, but rest assured youre getting a fantastic deal. Harold (owner) & Debbie (his wife) treated me well when it came to the motorcycle purchase - both were friendly and professional. They had both the bike & paperwork ready to go upon my arrival so it didnt take long to be on my way. However, their customer service as a whole is definitely lacking - big time. 1) While minor things, my brand new bike was not wiped down and barely had 1 gallon of gas in it - my other bikes have always come spotless with a full tank of gas. 2) We wanted to find some new helmets to go with the new bike - they just gave us directions to that area of the building and when we got there, nobody was around to assist and the one guy that was there was too busy eating his lunch to help. So we left frustrated and without new helmets. 3) While I was there finishing up my purchase I saw at least 3 other customers come into the showroom, walk around, and leave without ever being offered any assistance. Even if you didnt want to be bothered while you shop around, all of the motorcycles have "Do Not Sit" signs on them so its very off-putting. Again, if you know what want and you want the best price around, do not hesitate to go here. If you want more than just a sale, find another dealer.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If I can rate Ridersville Cycle a zero, I would. Take your bike to another place that cares about your property. As I was scheduling our 2005 Goldwing for service with Timmy, my husband said that he was very anul about his bike, that it doesnt have a scratch on it and he would like for them to be just as cautious when working on the bike. Timmy immediately said they would not work on the bike. REALLY!??!? Ridersville refused to work on our bike because they cannot produce quality work and take care of property that they are being paid to work on? UNBELIEVABLE!! We expect quality and professionalism from everyone we work with, and we expect them to treat our property they are working on as their own. If Ridersville Cycle refuses to work on a bike because the owner keeps it in good quality, that tells me Ridersville Cycle doesnt care if they sling parts around, scratch the paint, or plain outright destroys peoples property. If Honda Power Sport corporation was aware of Ridersville Cycle rubbish service, Im certain Honda Power Sport would not allow Ridersville to represent them. If Ridersville Cycle is that inept and inadequate about their service, and egotistical about their lack of concern, they dont deserve to have quality customers.

I had dropped off my 2014 Polaris Ranger 800 EFI at Ridersville Cycle for my 25/50 hours service maintenance schedule. I was told that my water pump and seal was in need of replacing. Now my new Polaris has only (41.2 hours on it) So I gave the service man my Corner Stone extended warranty policy and he told me that was great. He told me that every thing was fully covered with Corner Stone so I told him to move forward with the repair work. Kevin the service tech called me and he said that the work was completed and my Polaris was ready for pick up BUT his boss tells him they dont except third party extended warranties. Which means I was on the hook for the entire bill even after I was told it would be covered. To make a long story short, they never called Corner Stone for approval of the work they just did it anyway. The owner Harold was the rudest man I have ever talked to in all my years of doing business. There is not enough room here to tell you the entire experience. I would never EVER take my equipment to this place again and I would seriously recommend you find another place to do your business. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

I have purchased multiple atvs from Harold over the years. They include a Polaris 300, Kawasaki 650, Kawasaki 750, Can Am 800, Can Am 1000, and Polaris RZR 800, The only time I did not buy from Harold was when he was completely sold out of the model I wanted. Harold is not a warm fuzzy guy, but he is honest, knowledgeable and has never treated me wrong. I question the validity of complaints about him as in my many, many dealings there have been zero issues he did not resolve fairly. I have referred too many friends to count to buy their atv from Harold and all would say the same as I have about him. If you are looking to buy a new or used atv NO ONE has ever beat his prices. NO ONE! The experiences I have had with his service department have been fine with no issues. I am not a fan of google reviews as I believe some people post un-warranted negative reviews. I would only say go to Ridersville and check out his prices. If you want a hug and a pat on the back go to your moms house, if you want the absolute best deal go see Harold at Ridersville Cycle.
