Took my Atv in a few weeks ago for a few repairs and service. 2 week later, I get my atv back not running (which it was on drop off) with a broken thumb throttle and none of the requested repairs or services completed. As they had trouble with removing a fly-wheel so they couldnt complete one repair which is fine, but to request I pick up the machine damaged and not running? I brought it here under recommendations from a few people due to the lack of time I personally had to work on it. I will be interested to see what I find as I complete the repairs myself now and hope the broken thumb throttle wasnt a cover up to other damage. Signed: First/Last Time customer
