I was there for mounting a new rear tire and oil change. I always asked Hank to make sure the service people check over the bike for other needed services...mostly for peace of mind and safety. Hank advised me that everything was good except the Air Cleaner Element that needed to be replaced. The day I rode my bike up it started raining extremely hard. So Hank and Kyle said, I good leave my bike here at Pioneer and pick it up the next morning even though they were official closed on Wednesdays. The next day Kyle was there bright and early to let me in to get my bike. While I was there I ordered the Air Cleaner element. I want to thank them both for accommodating me.

“The salesman that handled my purchase, Tom Ronan, was awesome throughout the process. Took the time needed to answer all of my questions as I considered the sale. Once the sale was made and I went out to pick up my new Commander, he took the time (even though it was a Saturday and the place was rockin) to carry out a thorough delivery by going thru the entire machine with me from top to bottom. He even had a member of the staff come over to clean a part of the vehicle (under the seat) that had been missed when it was detailed. Recommend Pioneer, and especially Tom for your Toy needs........”

I had organized a deal with a salesperson on a generator. When I had my leave work early to drive 1:15 to pick it up. The the finance option changed when she arrived because they goofed and found out the unit was actually listed used so they could not honor the Yamaha finance. The interest went from 6% to 13%. They would not work with me on it so my wife left empty handed and we didnt have a generator to take camping with us that weekend. Im a power sport junky and just purchased a new 30 toy hauler to take our dirt bikes harescrambling. I will never shop here again!

I got hooked on the Polaris Slingshot and took a test drive via Tom Ronan (great guy...I liked him right away). After the drive, no doubt, I had to have this fun vehicle. I drove out of there with a brand new Slingshot in a couple hours....plates and all. Kyle (another super guy....congrats on upcoming wedding) was involved in finalizing things and he was wonderful. He sold me a couple accessories that were top quality. I left Pioneer Motorsport smiling like a Jackass eating briars. Love the place a people. Second vehicle I bought there and Ill be back.......☺

Brought my 2016 kingquad here twice in the last month for issues I brought on myself. They actually do the work when they say they will which is on time and fast and when you bring the machine with a issue they actually do work and search and repair the issue, not say to bring it in wait a week for them to do nothing and call to say that everythings normal when it isnt like DON GEORGES. Thanks for making me a new happy customer. Worth the extra 17 miles to drive out here vs don georges. And pioneers polite and understand that not everyones a atv mechanic.

I first contacted Pioneer Motorsports via email from their website to inquire about the Mule. I had already researched the 2016 Mule and wanted to know if they had a 2016 in stock. Tom got right back to me and we exchanged a few emails discussing price then he invited me up to see the mule. When I got there, they were pretty busy but after a few minutes Tom was available and we sat down and talked. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I bought the Mule and picked it up a couple days later. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

I came in looking for information on possibly buying a new 4 wheeler. i never owned one in the past and was new at this Tom was very helpful explaining the different types there were. we took one for test ride and felt very comfortable with the one he suggested. He didnt rush me into making a sale .When I came back in to purchase one he spent the time to go over everything on it seeing he would not be the one delivering it .I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase

Have been having bikes serviced from them for about the past five years. Additionally, in 2014 I traded in a venture and bought a new can am spyder touring model from them, at a reasonable price. They have not only performed all my servicing but winter storage as well. They are great to work with, service always done when promised and has always been correctly performed the first time. I had my Polaris snowmobile there for warranty because it kept stalling. It had less than 100 miles. They put in a new plug, cleaned the carburetor, said it wasnt covered under warranty and charged me $65. No improvement. I was complaining to my neighbor (who is into snowmobile racing) the following year. He looked at it, diagnosed it as a fault in the clutch, and had it fixed in less than 1/2 an hour. Not a problem since.

The work was completed promptly and expertly. When a problem not the fault of the service cropped up soon after they made it right free of charge! I had tipped my sled on its side while out riding so I stopped into Pioneer Motorsport on my sled . Gary looked up my part with the help of his coworker. Pioneer had the needed part in stock and I purchased it and with advice of the parts counter people was able to repair my sled when I returned home at the end of my ride.
