Shopping was fine, it was the check out that really bothered me. The last two or three times if been in to shop it has been pretty busy. But when it comes to checking out there are lines anywhere from 5 to 10 deep at what fee lines that are actually open. I see staff just kind of standing around, seems to me these people could be opening a line at least to get people checked out instead of watching customers complain about the length of time we have to wait. You know if there isnt enough cashiers the manager should be able to run a till or maybe you should consider hiring more cashiers. Im a regular shopper and spend a good amount of money in the store, but I dont like waiting 20 to 30 minutes to check out. And to watch the over worked cashiers trying to be pleasant when all they really need is some help. I cant expect them to be pleasant when they are so swamped.

One of the busier Meijer locations up north, but definitely one of the best stocked. The layout can be a bit confusing at first (dairy and frozen are in the center of the store rather than along a wall like most stores). The greeter spotted a purchase on my cat on my way out that had a coupon in their circular, and she made sure to point it out to me and got me $5 back after purchase. Just watch out in the parking lot since all 4 times Ive been here there have been extremely aggressive drivers in the afternoon.

Ordered 500 cupcakes with a symbol on top. Was called two weeks after I placed the order and was told they couldnt do them for the price quoted. The bakery manager stated that she could do a gold spray with gold glitter as they were for a 50th anniversary. Picked them up and they were barely gold and no glitter on them! The girl told me they really dont have gold and they dont have gold glitter!! Very disappointed in them! Wont be ordering there again!!

This is an absolutely beautiful store with all in one shopping experience. The pharmacy, groceries, housewares, clothing, shoes, beauty products, etc. My trip this time was for the pharmacy, beauty products and new bedroom slippers, which are Dear Foam are like walking on air. And, because Im a rewards member I get $5.00 to use on my next shopping trip there.. Employees are wonderful and ready to assist in any way they can.

The worst produce around. Look good before you buy it. And the deli Dept works like sloths if you want some cheese better have some time to waste. Not to mention 5 real lanes open and theyre always full of people with full carts. Not to mention the return line. Wow. Maybe I should make it 1 star. 2 people in front of me been here 22 min thus far as I type

I appled for a job,every thing was going well, she said she was putting me in the deli,because i did own a deli at one time,when she found out I was a seventh day adventist and could not work on Sabbath (saturday) she said they could not use me if i could not work satudays. REALLY T bill # VII says thats discrimanation, I will be seeing a lawyer.

Horrible. The management sucked. The cashier was pissy with a previous customer and stacked my food in a way that would have crushed my muffins if I had had more items. I mean really I understand that that some customers suck as a sales associate for a different company. I would never recommend shopping at this location, not even to my worst enemy.

I have not had any problems with this Meijer. It is very clean and is typically well stocked. There are days when they are about to stock that gets rather bothersome, however 98% of the time they are well stocked and well managed. Their greeters are typically very friendly and their employees are very helpful.

Always congested and hot. They move things around every few months, making shopping more difficult. Some of the workers are snotty/disingenuous and you can tell. Ive also had workers flat out lie to my face and they dont do a very good job of hiring people into positions that know what they are talking about.

I love you guys, and my 4 cats love you too! You make the dollar go further so we can buy more things. Meijers has very courteous, and helpful employees. The location is close to home. What more could a person ask for, other than to get everything for free? We know that is a ridiculous expectations!

Lay out is a little off key, but okay. Mens clothing is not much more than jeans and very casual shirts and not alot of those either. A much smaller store than I would have expected in this area. Im lucky because Im half way between this store and the super walmart in Clio.

Terrible customer service. Always putting up the wrong promotions and signs. Once I ring it up and it charges me full price I speak to an associate and they always say "it was put there by accident" even though it was labeled and never fix THEIR mistake for me.

Honestly, this is the first and only Meijer Ive ever been to, but I was very impressed. It is absolutely giant, just sprawling with a huge selection of everything you could ever want or need. Its proximity to the hotels makes it very convenient as well.

Living out west, Ive really come to miss Meijer, Menards, and other Midwestern shopping destinations. Meijer is laid out somewhat differently compared to most large shopping centers, but they have a good selection, decent prices, and a nice clean store.

The last 6 or 8 times I was at BirchRunRd store it took over 25 minutes to check out. Only 3 lanes open and 4 to 6 people in line. Even all of the check your self out lanes were in line 5 to 6 deep. What happened to your"next in line"?

I like shopping at Meijers, always have. Not happy the photo center now has shorter hrs then the store, like to get our running done early. I wish this story was larger, there is so much they dont carry or have a small selection of.

Well organized hard to get used to the dairy and freezer section being on opposite side of store from the rest of the groceries not really liking that but Meijer brand products are great and they have the best organic line!!

I find this store very poorly laid out. I find myself walking around in circles looking for things. The stores clean, people are friendly, but nothing is where it should be or at least where it is in other Meijer stores.

I like shopping here but the problem is that many of the beers they sell arent programmed into the bottle refund machines. Very annoying. Ive conplained about it in the past but have seen little improvement.

Good store. Nice people. The bathroom attendant was very friendly and very hands on. Told me I looked good and offered me some kind of service. I hard to decline because I was in a hurry to get home.
