I needed to send a sympathy arrangement from a great distance, and found this place online using google maps and searching for florists near the address of where I needed it sent. While they have a very nice website and I could have easily placed an order online, I prefer to speak to a florist directly to ensure I get the freshest florals on hand. When I called, Cathy herself answered and responded, promptly, courteously and reassuringly to my request. She even put me on hold to check what had just arrived that morning so that my loved ones would receive the most attractive arrangement possible. The arrangement arrived within a couple of hours of my order and I immediately received a thank you call, and a photograph via blackberry to show me how lovely the arrangement was. I was not only pleased but quite impressed with the entie experience. I would highly recommend Cathy Cowgill Flowers.

Wanted to surprise my mom with birthday flowers delivered to her at work (I usually send them to the house) and nothing on the website was really speaking to me. I called and then emailed over some pictures of the look/feel I was going for and my budget and they went above and beyond. This was for a December birthday so I didnt want the flowers to be too Holiday-ey but did want them to look nice and wintery. They did beautiful work and even ensured it was a longer last arrangement with smart flower choices, in the picture you can see there are some un-bloomed white flowers that opened up later. The help over the phone and via email was superb and I cant recommend Cathy Cowgill Flowers enough. They even emailed me a picture of the flowers before delivery! The arrangement was also bigger in person than the picture made it appear. Please use their services, you wont be disappointed!

I needed, (ok... wanted) to get a potted Peace Lily for a bereavement gift. No one else in the area had anything on hand and I was repeatedly told I had to order it and it would be delivered, and when someone told me about this place, I was hopeful. When I walked in the door, I was pleased. The atmosphere and the friendly service was outstanding. Not only was I able to pick out the plant I wanted and the pot, but they potted it and it was ready when I came to pick it up. I was very impressed and they will definitely have my business for my future floral needs.

I live in Arizona and called in to send 4 different bouquets for Mothers day to family a few miles from the shop. Josh was by far the nicest florists ive ever talked to, i order often for family out of state. They were very kind, prompt and attentive of my requests. The arrangements arrived to my family WITHIN two hours of me ordering, WOW talk about fast delivery. I was sent a picture of them and they exceeded what I had expected! Thank You Cathy Cowgill Flowers and most of all Josh for the excellent service. I WILL be calling in the future for more flowers.

Ive been doing business with Cowgill since the 70s when the store was near Schaffner Hobby Store on Cleveland Avenue. Then always called Cathy Cowgill Flowers when I lived elsewhere for local deliveries. They arrangements always received rave reviews. So it wasnt hard to decide on a florist for my wedding. The bridal bouquets and altar vases were all stunning. I have no reservations on giving Cathy Cowgill Flowers a 5* rating. Cathy and her team are great to work with and provide beautiful flowers.

Never really ordered flowers to have them delivered before but today I did need to send some flowers. I decided to use Cowgill flowers based on their reviews and I definitely made the right decision. Since I am not an experienced "flower orderer," the gal that took my order was very helpful. Judging by the reaction the flowers got when they were delivered this place did a great job! I also ordered them and had them delivered the same day and was not disappointed with their service.

My mom used Cathy Cowgill for my brothers events throughout school so when my own son started high school, we used Cathy as well. We always just ask the florist to create whatever she wants using our color scheme and are ALWAYS pleasantly surprised! In addition, the orders are always on (or ahead of) time and service is so personal. It is obvious the staff and owner(s) have a passion for this business.

Staff is very friendly and helpful which is great for a clueless guy like me. Even if they do not have the flower you seek in stock they will create something beautiful for you to give that special someone. I also appreciated that they let me know about weekly deals they have. Even over the phone ordering flowers for someone from states away the service was exceptional.

Very nice and friendly staff. My girlfriend is allergic to a lot of flowers but I still wanted to find something for her. I emailed Cowgills and received a prompt reply from Cathy, herself. She recommended Asian lilies which are hypo-allergenic and, well, totally wooed my girlfriend. Thank you so much!

I have nothing bad to say about Cathy Cowgill Flowers. Excellent and friendly service. I live over 2 hours away, but would never think about finding a local florist to serve my needs. Christmas I drive to Canton just for their Open House. The shop is beautiful! You wont be disappointed.

The service is just incredible at this shop! The most wonderful employee, Candy, is always eager to greet the customers and the flower arrangements cant be beat. Plus, it is nice that there is giftware in this shop - stuff for the hard-to-buy-for people in our lives.

My Fiance paid $40 for a dozen roses. Started dying 2-3 days after purchase. When I called to complain, she treated me VERY rudely. Asked why I didnt call at that time, as if I was lying. Terrible experience and will NEVER do business there again.

They were very helpful with my centerpieces for a grad party but when the flowers were picked up they didnt cut them to size, which we discussed, so last minute we had to do it ourselves. They were also Pricey for white carnations.

Dont live in the area any more, but still use Kathy as she has great connections with other florists around the country and knows who makes good product when sending to other cities...
