Absolutely horrible! Do not use them. Called in my order a couple days before and told them I would be in to pick them up between 5 and 5:30 on 2/14. I show up around 5:30 and its so unorganized, they dont have my order ready and are searching for my order (while 3 other people are there asking why their orders didnt get delivered). I show them a picture of what I ordered and she says she can take some other arrangement and make it from that (something that was just sitting on the counter). So I go along with it to see what Im going to end up getting. She comes back and starts making the arrangement and is using the wrong colors so I tell her that its not right and she gets an attitude telling me that what she has available. So they took my order knowing that they didnt have the flowers to make the correct arrangement! Her attitude and saying "Im trying to help you out" was so unprofessional. I got frustrated and walked out on them. Very unorganized and poor customer service. No way will I ever recommend them to anyone!

I called today in a real bind because I needed flowers today for my Mothers Birthday tomorrow. They were very friendly and assured me they could help.He took all my stress away ..What a Wonderful Experience. They did a Amazing Job and delivered exactly as promised and made me feel really Important. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY !!! True Customer Service....

I ordered Balloons for my Mom for Valentines Day , The web site worked well. They answered the phone on the first ring. The deliver came on time and my mom said the driver was lovely. I recommend this Company on all counts.

I have used this florist a few times for same day delivery and they have never disappointed! Their fees seem lower than most, too. Well worth a try and they have a large delivery area, too.
