I was very disappointed in this service. Firstly, I paid for the premium package. I compared the photos online to what was actually delivered. What was sent looked like a trimmed down version of the regular package. I understand substitution, but you cant substitute green filler plants for roses or other flowers. Volume-wise, the delivered product doesnt compare to what I believed I was purchasing. Lastly, the delivery wasnt the greatest. Apparently, they were just set on a table. Of course, it could be none of the other workers there passed the message along to the recipient that she has a delivery, but I think that is very unlikely. Overall... very disappointed, and I wont be using this service again. I will be calling to voice my complaint to the shop as well.

Very unprofessional. Did not arrive on date ordered. Dropped off order next day, left in the snow. substituted everything possible in arrangement but color from Teleflora order. Will not use again and will let friends and family know to stay away.
