For several years I took my 2006 Nissan Maxima to this facility for regular maintenance and occasional repairs. At that time, it was owned and operated by the Lafontaine group. A few weeks ago I took it in for an oil change and to see what the cause of a dashboard "Brake" warning. I was informed that the car needed new brake pads and rotors front and rear, as well as flushing and brake fluid replacement. The cost, including the oil change and wiper blade replacements, was over $1,100. This seemed high to me , so I phoned the Suburban Nissan dealership from which Id bought the car. I asked what they would have charged for the same work, and was told itd have been about $330 less. I wrote a letter to the Tony Serra dealership, and received a call a few days later. I didnt get the name of the person who called me (my fault, not theirs), but we talked for a while. We werent getting anywhere, so I suggested he come up with an offer of how to solve the situation and call me back, which he promised to do. Its now more than a week later. I wrote another letter, but have received no response of any kind. I wont use this dealership for any repair or warranty work in the future, and would tell the same to anyone who asked me.

Had an ongoing problem with 2013 Nissan Altima backup camera serviced at that location. It was clear this dealership didnt support the brand promise of actually making the vehicle features work as intended, and the car is inherently less safe for our teen daughter driver as a result.
