WARNING!! Do not spend your hard earned $ Money with this company!! No compre de esta empresa!! I purchased a $1300.00 Samsung refrigerator that worked for 4 months!! SECOND CHANCE APPLIANCES Mr. Esgar sold me a faulty Samsung refrigerator with a freon leak!! I have had 3 different repair men, that have said, its almost impossible to fix!! I was told to purchase a new one, that it would be much cheaper than to fix the Samsung bought from Second Chance Appliance Mr.Esgar!!! I had also purchased a warranty for the unit, however Second Chance Appliance Removed all serial #s from the refrigerator and revoked warranty!! Shame on you!! I have contaced Samsung and they are going to investigate my complaint!! If you gave been taking advantage and have lost your hard earned money buying Junk appliances, Call the original maker of the product and put in your complaint!!!! Also call the BBB! Dont be taking advantage of!! Do Not purchase nothing from this LLC second chance appliance!!! No compre de esta empresa!!!! You sir have not worked with me at all. Your own technician told me to cutt my losses. He told me it was a 50/ 50 that be could fix it! You think in going to pay for a maybe of 50/50!! You already stold 1300.00 from me!! I have all your messages as proof of you not wanting to help me. I also sent that to Samsung. Thank you so much for your 1 month warranty. That really helps when you over pumped the refrigerator with freon, knowing it was leaking, so it would work awhile until your 1 whole month of warranty ran out!! Shame on you!! You should help your people and not lie and steal their money with junk appliances!! You Never tried to help me, DONT LIE!!!

Beware – they claim all sales are final but dont tell you that. There are also no signs posted anywhere in the sales room. There is a small blip on the receipt. When I purchased a refrigerator, I said "I can cancel this if I want" and the salesgirl said "you have 30 days". Within 24 hour of a business day, I changed my mind after reading bad reviews of the refrigerator, and called to cancel the purchase. It had not even cleared my debit card account and the fridge was still in the store. The lady on the phone said, no way. All sales are final. Could only get a store credit. I have called every day to work this out, and returned to the store to try and work it out. They insist they dont need to voice it or have a sign up stating all sales final. I consider this bad business and am very unhappy with them. Please be aware. Also, they have several bad reviews for servicing the appliances, and people tend to have trouble with them. If they decide to work with me and refund my money, I will remove this review.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! This place is horrible! Its family ran and theyre all crooks! Theyre quick to take your hard earned cash and lie to you about how theyre going to "fix" the problem with the appliance you select. On top of that the delivery service they hire is literally two guys and a pick up truck-who were 8 hours late to deliver our appliances. The manager Edgar Vazquez is so unprofessional and will raise his voice at you and will tell you that YOU need to worry about what he has to go through and your needs as the customer is the least of his worries! So unprofessional and unethical! Their BBB rating is a C and they have a multitude of complaints from people on other sites-yelp, google, bing, etc. If they send you to their warehouse in Dallas the lady named Nancy is the sister to the awful manager at the store. Theyre both equally unprofessional. Save your time and headache just dont do business here.

Make sure you are desperate enough to shop here. I was sold a used dishwasher under the specific terms that brackets and insulation was to be supplied. They brought it over the next day and the guy just left. After inspection of the unit I realized that the brackets and insulation was not there and when I called the shop they told me as is. Steer clear of this place if you can. The price difference between this place and a Sears or Best buy outlet is negligible enough to spend the extra coin elsewhere.

I bought a restaurant quality high-end stove with double side by side oven. It was a scratch and dent. The sales person was informative, and helpful. The sale was smooth. The stocks excellent. We have had it over a year, and have had no issues.

My one time experience with them was pretty good. I was able to get a perfect working grill 40% cheaper simply because the box was dented; 5 years later the grill still works.
