Greetings!! I want to spread this to all HOME DEPOT shoppers. DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION WARRANTY for their products. Basically, they only cover 3-5yrs after purchase pending the product Mfr. Warranty. Youre going to have to go through the Mfr. Warranty first according to their new policy and then be covered by the store warranty. BUT WAIT, THE STORE WARRANTY WILL EXCEED YOUR PURCHASED WARRANTY SO THEYRE STILL EXCLUDED FROM THE COVERAGE. I just had this happen for my weedeater. Purchased weedeater in 2016, bought 2yr warranty thru HD. HD wont cover til 2019, so go thru mfr. will take weeks to reconcile, but original mfr warranty is for 1yr. Why buy Home Depot warranty good in 2019 when mfr is only 1yr???? #Robbery #SpreadTheWord

Damaged my vehicle when loading a grill I purchased. I have given this store 3 full business days now without an update . I understand how claims work but I called to just get an update and so called "manager" Chris only made matters frustrating . I was a calm and professional client even after the mishap but thanks to chris it is now a poor experience. Tip: when handling a customer on the phone you are to keep the situation under control and listen, you are not suppose to continue cutting the customer off even when the customer was only trying to speak in a Calm manner. I would like to see how they handle this here in the next few days.

Its hard to fathom how this one particular Home Depot could be so bad. We just bought a house in the area, so have been there a lot. Nearly every time we go, there is some problem, whether they tell you paint isnt available when it is, or cant find a product their computer says they have, or your online order is wrong or not ready. There have been a few helpful people, but many of the staff are utterly incompetent, seriously, they seem to have absolutely no idea how to run their store. There is another Home Depot and a Lowes about 10 minutes up 67; it will actually save you time to drive the extra distance.

More of a criticism of Home Depots online sales system than this location itself. I have ordered a TV to be picked up at this store 3 times this week and somehow the order keeps being cancelled 24-48 hours later for no apparent reason at all. Customer service wasnt any help and basically blamed me for the mishap when Ive given them the exact same (correct) information 3 times. You would think Home Depot would want to make as many of these online sales as possible considering theyre now having to compete with Amazon for a large number of items. But, I guess they dont really want my business.

I havent had a bad experience here yet. They always welcome you in and theres enough employees to help you find whatever you are looking for. One weekend we went and there was a lady in the floral section that taught me so many things about maintaining my yard and helping my flowers to grow better. All of the other departments always have someone working there and helping. The cashiers are all friendly as well. Its a great place to grab whatever you need for your home repairs and duties.

They dont want your business! I wanted to get my military discount on an purchase, so I had to go in store and not online. Online priced delivery at $69 total. I go in store & get told delivery is $20 additional per piece of order to be delivered! Now Im forced to drive a few more miles to Lowes which at least accommodates the military and not try to ruin them. Ill be going to Lowes more often where I can talk grown ppl and not these incompetent rejects.

Today I went in to get some thing to redo my bathroom. First we hit the paint and the lady was friendly and helpful. In the toilet section I met an awesome helper named Gabriel. He was educated on the products which in turned gave the information to make the best informed decision. Then he took the toilet to the front had another helper Edwin wait on us to finish and he loaded it in the car. Overall a wonderful experience!

Loading dock area is a joke. Customers are allowed to use it as a parking area and every time I have purchased a large item and retrieve my car from the actual parking lot I cannot pull into the loading area because empty vehicles are parked there; often ones that I saw when I first arrived. Then once I have pulled in after requesting lotloader help I usually have to give up after nobody shows up.

The garden area help, is always a good experience. Awesome workers they know their job. But I really went inside the store to purchase new bathroom toilets, sinks ect . But could not find anyone to help me.. several workers walked pass me but not one would help me.. so I just purchased the garden things and went home.. will try the other store..

Another great experience! Today, it was Pam in plumbing. She has sold us other products in the past. Each time with a smile and plenty of great knowledge of the product, she is always eager to assist and always follows through with checking the product thourghly before leaving. Pam is what Customer service is and should be for everyone to experience. Thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars. After the second visit, I dont plan on ever going back. Asked for assistance getting a large area rug down from a bin. Waited - no one showed up. Went to check out and the associate asked if I was helped. I told her no and her reply was "well maybe you can order it online."

Some workers would rather be sitting at home collecting welfare. When I asked if someone could help me load up some cement bags she said "Ill call and see if they come" are you freaking serious? Im paying, someone BETTER come. Some employees here are lazy, drag their feet and just flat out unpleasant.

I was greeted at the door and directed to the general area where a great lady helped me get the materials for the shelves I wanted, was helped to get the correct amount of stain for what I needed. And J was cheerful and pleasant with my check out.

Employees are always helpful and professional, but the store can be difficult to navigate at times because tools arent always organized very conveniently, and its not always kept up very well (trial tools are always dead when I go there)
