This place is a joke. No one at this place knew when I even dropped of my item to be serviced. When I picked it up they did not give me all the pieces. I had to drive 35 miles to get there to drop my item off, and then back again to pick it up. Before I left my house to pick up my item I called to make sure they would have a working bathroom, because I took my children with me and it wasnt working when we went before. The boy answering the phone tells me he doesnt know if they will be closing for lunch that day. So I ask, if you close for lunch when will you be closing, and his response is "not sure". Not so professional. I will be filing a complaint with Sears corp.

Butter Fly

Bought riding lawn mower it did great fir ten years. 26 hrp 48 inch blade. Bought another one less power. I thought i gad too much power i wish i got 26 horse power.
