Yes Stay away from this place horrible horrible customer sevice. They came and put a used microwave over the range and dishwasher paid almost 500.00 for both plus installion and carried away both old appliance that they didnt even give us credit for them as there Greensheet Ad said they would. First the the microwave over the rsange start buton stopped working the first day but they did give me my money back because they didnt have a replacement even though they a no cash back policy (that should been my first clue). then after the installion of the dishwasher our BRAND NEW gargbage disposal that the technician hooked up the used dishwasher stopped working I called to tell them this and they said oh i called the tech and he saids your son said that it had peeling in it and didnt work. Why the hell is the tech talking to my ten year old son I work from home and told him if he had any question please knock on my offfice door. Yeah my son does not know we recently replaced the garbabge disposal he does not wash a dish we literally just replaced that garbage disposal( we still have the box it came in) after several call to the customer service person who wont give me her name and accused me of making stuff up. They finally said they would send the tech back out here at he cost of 69.00 to look at the dishwasher ONLY. All Im saying is you pay for what you get. After this disaster i priced a brand new microwave and dishwasher from LOWES and I could have gotten a brand new disihwasher and microwave for about 175.00 more ( so about 675.00 total that taxes included and the extened warrantys for both I could got all spanken new appliances) All our applaince our about ten year old so next time we will do the adult thing and buy with trusted people and companies. Dont go the cheap way in the long run nothing but a waste of your money.Just hold on to it and buy quality the first time.

We have purchased from them since 2004 when purchasing our home. We purchased a Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer Set and just recently in 2013 another Washer/Dryer Set. The previous set was an older model Kenmore and it lasted us until we purchase another just recently. We had no problems with it. Considering these items are used, I do not exxpect life use past three years. The refrigerator motor did die after three years and we did purcahse a new one. All appliance have been solid. We have purchased parts from them as well. We have had them to do repairs and never had any issues with the repair process. We have found instead of taking the cheap route with them to invest a few extra more dollars to get quality, you will find it to be worth the investment. Otherwise the life of your purcashe may be 1 year. The items are used, that is the determining factor but overall we have been pleased.

I bought a used washer and dryer from this company while I was pregnant with my third child. I wanted a set and the salesman insisted that a washer was better than tthe set so I took his word for it. With in the 30 day warrenty the washer started makeing weird noise and not working so I took it back and they called me with in tweny min and said it was fixed ( a spring came loose) I was so happy. Ten days later the same symptoms happened. Not worth finding a truck and taking it back. Im writing this review because the sales man must have known this washer was a dud.Now im back washing at the laundrymat:(

Beyond disappointing. Horrible customer service. They did not deliver my washer and dryer on the day and time that they promised. When I called they promised 2 other dates and times and did not show up. When I went into the store to inquire about what happened, the son didnt even look up from what he was doing to acknowledge me. He was very rude when he did acknowledge me, and made excuses for why he didnt deliver my appliances. Just because the appliances are discounted does not give anyone the right to be rude and dehumanize an individual. The horrible customer service is not worth the discount.

the way the owner cheats her customers is crazy. Do not buy parts from there bc they only pay $15 for a part and charge you $45-$60 for it. The owner is extremely disrespectful. They purchase thier appliances for $30-$50 a piece, then bring it bk to the shop bleach all the mildew out and paint over all the rust damage and sell the appliance for $500-$600. This place is a scam .They are rude and just aweful to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAT OF A BUISSNESS!!!!!

I think weve been using A-1 Appliance Place for about 7 years. Their used and repaired appliances have stood the test of time with us. And when one fails, they make house calls to fix it on the spot. They are honest and reasonably priced and we continue to appreciate their service to us.

Waited allllllllllllllll day & night for Jason to come repair my washer. he never showed or even called. He told a work associate he was coming but was running late. I guess these people dont want to make any money, by the looks of the reviews business has not been good.

I am in shock at the way this place is run the lady at the front desk is rude and a straight up liar,I will never buy from them again the dryer brook within 1 week they tried to fix it and when they couldnt they accused me of dropping it
