If I could find a way to give half of a star, I would. When I responded to an ad for a washer/dryer set for $275 Jason was very quick to respond and set up a day for delivery. I man who delivered them to my home was very nice and professional. He handed me a business card and said that if there was any problem with the set that there was a 30 warrenty. A few days later I hooked up the washer and dryer. The dryer would only work on one setting and then would only run for about 15 minutes before shutting off and showing an error code. I called right away. Jason told me that hed call me back in about 2 hours and let me know if he would either fix this dryer or just bring me another unit. Im not picky, just need a set that works! Its now been almost 3 weeks and Ive still gotten not return call from him. Now he has stopped replying to my text messages all together. I will be calling my lawyer to pursue the matter in small claims court.
