Despite a completely unsatisfactory experience with Sears appliance installation and delivery 3 years ago, I purchased a dishwasher with installation. Even with a two week allowance for delivery, I waited on the assigned day and was called with delayed delivery. Regardless of product quality and sales assistance, I will never buy Kenmore again. DO NO BUY FROM APPLIANCES FROM SEARS that require delivery and/or installation.

This store is great for appliance shopping. They also have other smaller appliances and supplies on hand. Very easy access - much easier than the mall stores. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and also very friendly. Kayla assisted us each time we have visited the store. She was awesome. I will definitely be back.
