I bought a top-of-the-line Kemore Elite fridge with a few extremely minor blemishes. I was told it was new and was discounted for the blemishes. During my time in the store, a large crowd of customers were needing help. All of the sales people were busy as a manager is leaning against a wall with her hands in her pockets until one of the sales people has to ask her for help. She replies, "she doesnt know anything about such-and-such product." In any case, the fridge was delivered to my house in the afternoon, and they take the old fridge away. We were told it should start getting cold in about an hour. I wait until midnight, and it does start to feel cool, so I transfer food that I had been keeping in ice chests back into the fridge as the ice is starting to dwindle. In the morning, I go the fridge to make breakfast and everything feels warm. I spend the day talking to 11 different customer services reps, each one telling me the previous rep had given me wrong information. One of them was the store manager from where I bought the fridge. Again, unhelpful. Finally I talk to someone who schedules a service tech scheduled for the following day. After the tech does his assessment, he tells me that the repair will take 3 weeks, and not only that, but the fridge had been previously serviced. He knew this because the a certain valve that the techs apply before beginning service had not been removed indicating the previous tech had simply forgot to take it off or never even finished his work. I spend more time getting bounced around. (why cant I talk to one customer service rep?) Now, Im told my only option is to return it, but that I have to go back to the store to get a complete refund. What a disaster! All my food has spoiled. I have no fridge. At least the one I had before all of this was working. I was sold something in a new/blemished condition, but it in fact was someone elses previous problem. Extremely deceitful and a huge waste of time.

Had to find a salesperson to ask for information, as nothing other than price was provided on any of the ranges. The salesperson we spoke with didnt know anything more than the brand and price of each range. After our own research, we settled on a model. Were told when completing the purchase we did NOT need to buy a new electric cord. Delivery day - installation could not be completed as it is company policy to use only NEW electric cords with every appliance AND the anti-tip bracket required for installation was not with the range. Called the store, a manager(?) assured us the bracket was available, would be set aside for us to pick up, and they would help schedule another installation date. Called today to follow up - the store does not have anti-tip brackets (huh?)...call the Sears repair number. Called Sears repair number: nice gentleman ordered the part for us, transferred the call to installation scheduling and explained our situation. Unfortunately, the earliest date available that we dont have to take off a 1/2 day of work for a 15 minute job is more than 2 weeks out. Sears Outlet when it was in Grapevine/Euless on 121 was FANTASTIC - Grapevine Mills location is full of incompetence!

Ive watched this store evolve from barely mediocre to well above average over time (I live across the street, so its most convenient for me), and Im happy to say the Sears team has continued to improve with every visit. The new store GM, Mr. Carlson, is amazing. I had an issue with an item I had purchased and he didnt blow me off or try to hurry through the process as if I was wasting his time, like so many others have at other stores in the past. He seemed truly invested in my concerns and really took the time to listen to me. Square footage wise, this store seems smaller to me than other sears outlets, yet they have somehow made this work to their advantage. Everything is well laid out and well maintained. This has quickly become my go-to store for my home appliance and misc items. The crazy deals are really cool too! I consider these, "icing on the cake," so to speak. Fun additions and the most fun to browse through. Overall, I highly recommend this sears outlet over all the others! Thank you, Mr. Carlson, youve earned my loyalty. Keep up the good work over there.

So I would like to start off on a positive note the sales man Graig was amazing very helpful knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help any way possible (He should be the manager better people skills by far).Heres where the dissapiontment sets in we had a question for management about pricing due to one of the other stores having the same product as the one we were looking at for cheaper *less damage he just straight declined it didnt even take a second look make any other suggestions or options nothing to help. I left then decided to go back and tell him how I felt about the service of his staff vs himself he didnt even have a genuine apology to offer. To be honest we were ready to purchase all household appliances in the same deal *he was not aware* but if you cannot handle one of my eggs Im definitely not giving you the whole basket. If you are shopping for a good deal and genuine service this is definitely not a good fit for you I recommend going somewhere your tim and money are appreciated after all these are purchases that will be around for a while.

Order a refrigerator online from the inventory of the Grapevine store, Sears charged my card and were to set up delivery the next day. I then get sn email saying "opps, someone beat you to it. Well refund your money." So I pick another refrigerator, order it, card is charged and deliver to be set up. Within an hour another email saying, "Opps, someone beat you". I check my bank statement and there is no refund because PayPal has not gotten confirmation from Sears. Its now been 2 days, Ive paid for 2 refrigerators that they "sold between the hours of 10:30pm and 9am. I have no refrigerator, PayPal is holding my money and customer service says I should get them on a conference call but they cant just call. Dont cause yourself the stress. After reading the reviews, Ill probably be glad to wait my 7 days and by a decent refrigerator. The 1 star is because they wont let you leave no stars.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE My friend and I have bought fridges from here and they have been leaking since the day we put them in out house! Its like they have fridge periods! THE FRIDGE LEAKS AND FLOODS MY FLOORS WITHOUT A TOWEL UNDERNEATH IT. WE HAD TO TURN OFF THE WATER AND THE ICE MAKER TO LESSEN THE LEAK. IT STILL LEAKS AND THERE IS NO SOURCE OF WHERE ITS COMING FROM! Its awful because now I have water damage on my cabinets and my doorways to my pantry and my laundry room which are right next to the fridge. I cant believe they lied to me about these fridges having no problems! Its so difficult having spent over $800 on a fridge that cant be returned or ping the defects on the store... I remember they told me that all sales are final... UGH! We didnt buy into the warranty because they said nothing should be wrong with a "demo" fridge. UGH! Never again! Dont ever shop here!
