My wife and I purchased a refrigerator from Arlington Appliances and were told that it was in good working condition. About 25 days went by and we noticed that ice was building up in the bottom of the freezer and our food was beginning to thaw. The next day, the problem seemed to have fixed itself so we thought nothing of it. One day later, the issue came back and this time persisted. During this time we were unknowingly eating food that was not properly refrigerated. By the time we noticed the problem, the appliance was completely dying. Eventually it shut down entirely. We had several professional technicians come out (we have at least one copy of the receipt for this attempted repair) who determined that the unit had been severely tampered with and given a "temporary fix". In other words, the unit was rigged to malfunction in a short period of time. We called Arlington Appliance to see if they would resolve the issue, and they refused. They said that the unit was covered under no warranty and that they would not refund our money or try to repair/exchange the unit. My wife and I are left with a broken fridge, only 45 days after we purchased it and are now forced to buy another one.

I purchased a refurbished washer from the gentlemen that rubs this store. He was very nice and surprisingly they had quite a bit of appliances to show me. Though I did not have enough money to get the washer I was looking for, I have had my Kenmore washer for over a year now. Shes still kicking for now. I will be purchasing a dryer and a stove from them before too long. *only some products come with a warranty. This may have changed since I was there last year but make sure you ask them. They are a refurb. appliance store.

I did not purchase my appliances here but I can tell you I should have. My fridge went out and like a dummy I went to a big box store and picked it up. We had no dolly and these guys were across the street with a neighbor luckily and they saved the day. Not only did they let me borrow the dolly but took the old fridge as well. I not only recommend them to you but to myself as well. The people there are great. Thanks to Matt & Ed

Beyond satisfied. We bought a dryer from them in October and noticed it wasnt heating yesterday. They came out within 2 hours of my call this morning, fixed it, and only charged for the service call. Excellent customer service! We will never go anywhere else for appliances!
