The people at Twigg Cycles are plenty friendly and this review isnt a reflection on them personally. This is strictly a statement of how they operate as a business. I purchased a waverunner from them. I overpaid a little, but I wanted it quickly. There arent many options around so you kinda take it or leave it. When I purchased the waverunner I was given a $100 coupon with a handwritten thank you note on it. Pretty obvious that this is intended to be a token of appreciation, and to get you back in the store to buy some accessories. The coupon has no fine print, no expiration date, nothing other than twiggs logo on a fake $100 bill. I recently went into the store to get some riding gear, and was taken back when I went to use the $100 coupon. The lady at the register told me (paraphrasing) "Oh, that isnt a coupon. It is a promotional flyer that means if you refer someone to us and they buy a bike then we will give you $100. I would love to sign you up for our customer loyalty program though". Two things: 1. So my "thank you" for making a very large purchase is that in the event I make an additional sale for you, then I get the privilege of a referral bonus? 2. I am in your store as a repeat customer. You renege on a nominal coupon you give me, and want me to sign up for a customer loyalty program? Hello!! I AM a loyal customer and you essentially just told me to piss off. I didnt complain in the store. They have a right to do business how they see fit. I recommend making the drive to Romney cycles. They have MUCH more competitive pricing, and they dont charge all the BS of freight and prep (saving around $1,000-$2,000 on the out the door price of the bike). They dont have any gimmicks or fake $100 coupons. Just the lowest prices in the area. It is a couple hours away, but it is well worth it.

First, I have over forty years of riding and raced when I was young. I usually had a new bike or updated the one I had completely about every couple of years so I have seen my share of dealerships. The good, bad. and the downright ugly. I took some time away riding after a career ending injuries as long time police offecer, which took a lot because I would be back on a bike after getting stitched up or out of a stay in the hospital after unfortunate events while riding a LOT of off road and unplanned horizontal stops. Which slowly leads me to Twigg Cycles. A family member showed me how to really get back to riding using a touring scooter. Not your 50cc(but those are still a bike) but the 650 Suzuki Burgman Exec I purchased from Twiggs. Wow. What a great experience and bike! Rode it everywhere with ZERO problems! From the guys and ladies that are all so friendly and knowledgeable to everyone in maintenance, supply, and the admin staff. Buying the right machine was so easy to get me back out there with all their help I am so grateful for. I could stop in or call and be helped right away, like an old friend, right away. This led to another bike when I was able to get my leg over a seat, my new 2014 Suzuki STROM 1000 Adv to take me as far or wherever I want (some light off road the Burgs not made for BUT what a GREAT city and touring bike!) Twigg assisted me setting it up just they way I like it and it is fantastic. I will remain a Twigg customer and friend as has family and friends.

Do not go here if youre not part of "the club." I went here to look at bikes ended up applying for one and not only did they pull a credit report that was 50 points lower then what my records say and I check my credit once a day and because of that low credit score they offered me a Gixxer 600 that cost 9000 but with the astronomical APR the total loan would have ended up being $16,000. I went back in to ask if they could pull my credit again and before I could finish that sentence I just got cut off and the finance manager said please understand any change to your credit report wont show up immediately. But what he didnt understand was Im not some Joe Schmo that doesnt know anything about credit. When I pull my credit report and the lowest one of the 3 is 657 and someone else pulls my report and it says 604 that doesnt make much sense and if something doesnt make sense it means theres bull crap in the mix. It was funny watching him try to smooth talk me and tag the bike as sold in front of me just to play that trick to make me want it but over all I felt like just a bunch of dollar signs to them. No sweat of my back though, my bank approved my for the same deal at a reasonable price so I just took my business elsewhere

I purchased an Indian Vintage on 10 October at Twigg Cycles. Every single aspect of my purchase experience was exceptional. I made a query regarding the Vintage and Kelby Brookens responded within hours saying he had the bike I wanted along with the current offers in place at the time. When I came to the shop (this was my first time), I was offered assistance immediately. My sales rep was Buddy and he made the entire process simple and easy. He walked me through how everything on the bike works and then I test drove it. The best part is that I rode my current motorcycle to get there and had no way to get it home. Buddy drove my bike to my house that evening (about a 50 mile ride) so I could ride my new bike home. I dealt with Frank in financing, Sam in service and Jessica in apparel/sales….all of them were great. There is a brand new Indian dealer a couple miles from where I live. However, I will be headed back to Twigg cycles for my parts, service and motorcycle needs. Keep up the great work Team Twigg!

Item was misleading. Twigg put up road blocks every step of the way. They sent me ONE speaker not in ANY kind of packaging at all. Tried to say I didnt return it in the original fashion. Thats b/c Twigg took one speaker out of the original manufacture package and sent to me in a baggie and called it their own. I returned it the EXACT same way I received it with a USPS box. Watch Twigg will reply to this saying I didnt return it the same way. Yea no kidding - they sent me a piece of crap box and I sent it nicely back to them (at my expense) in a USPS box with their EXACT same wrapping paper. I also never got any of the hardware that Infinity sends with all their speakers. I have the FACTS and Twigg has the BS. This is how NOT to treat a customer. The say they want to work it out...complete crap. They must be hurting for money and trying to earn some cash by selling individually. kinda sad.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Twigg. I have bought motorcycles and atvs from them and have had them serviced there as well. Ive been doing business with Twigg since 1988. One thing that is very telling about a motorcycle dealership, or really any business, is that their employees have been there for a long time. This is a testament to Mike, the owner. When someone puts their name on their building, it means they are committed to making sure that the reputation of that name is always positive. Every employee that I have encountered has been very helpful, courteous, and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy (and sometimes thats not too easy). I feel fortunate to have a stable, reliable, and helpful dealership near me as it seems customer service is becoming an afterthought these days.
