Prior to work start, I had a pre-job brief with the installer to express my expectations regarding no damage during the ramp installation. However, the installer scratched my foundation in two places. The ramp was installed over a set of steps. During the removal, the technician dented/scraped eight of nine steps with the bottom step severely dented. I will have to replace that one. It appears that he simply pulled the ramp part down the steps. Very poor workmanship. I do not recommend them unless you assist with the installation and removal.

101 Mobility in Houston came out to my house 4 times to fix my chair lift at a cost $450. They never fixed it and left it in worse shape. I called another company he came and diagnosed the problem immediately and fix it with a part that was under warranty. When I contacted 101 moblility they said it wasnt their problem it was "tech support" problem they would not refund the money and said they wanted the 2 batteries they had installed back (which did not fix the problem)
