What is up with the hours? Working full time 9-5 makes it rough to get to the store through the week. Saturdays alright, but 6 hours? And then closed two days a week? Makes it hard to make it there. Mostly frustrated because the two days Ive intended to go, theyve been closed. I was just going to skip lunch and go in on Monday. What retail stores are closed Mondays? Honda House and Richmond Yamaha. EDIT 9/9/15 (added a star): Staff at Richmond Yamaha seemed very friendly and eager to help a new rider. Financing accepted that I would not be ready to purchase until November after I was accepted in September, and mentioned that the re-approval process would be smooth when it came time to buy. No prepayment penalty, which is good, since I plan to have the bike paid off in only a few months time. Also, built in extra cash into the financing to cover equipment like jacket and riding pants. Overall happy so far, hopefully this remains the case in November. Likely going to go with Richmond Yamaha over their 360 location, even though I live much closer to the 360 location, simply because of the knowledge of the bikes and the friendly service, opposed to the pushy financing and sales at 360. EDIT 10/16/2015: I have found that the hours dont really matter with this shop. They can work in all the help you could need over the phone, or in the store after normal work hours. Brian and Eric did an excellent job lining up all the paperwork needed to get my R3, and recommended a much cheaper financing option than I had originally been offered. And so friendly, very easy to relate to and helpful.

Edit: I changed my rating to 4 stars. They finally found my warrenty info and didnt even charge me the 50 dollar deductable for my trouble. They were very apologetic and took good care of me. Ill definitely go back and will recommend them as well. The only reason they dont get five starts is because I had the initial trouble with the warrenty. My original review --> After I spent a considerable amount of money on a Can-Am ATV to took it in for the first service and asked them to check an issue I had with the key not being recognized. They said they couldnt reproduce the issue and told me to let them know the next time I brought it in. This weekend the back of the key receiver on the ATV fell completely apart so I took it to get fixed presumably under warranty since I had already reported it and was pretty much told to go kick rocks, its not under warranty. I asked them to look up the original service ticket and low and behold there was no record of the key issue or the other issue of the shifter being tough to switch into gear. While the sales process was good and I really like Roger, the service is absolutely absurd. They pretty much placated me and told me what I wanted to hear charged me 200 bucks for the first service and sent me on my way. Absolute criminals. Ill update this and let the world know if they decide to make it right in any way but I am not optimistic. My two cents...

Took a month to get an appointment. Took 2 weeks to get it back. Got maintenance done on my 4Wheeler. Aparently they left my bike out in the rain with my bag strapped to the rack with helmet and other gear in it. Needless to say every thing in there is now wet and smells like mold. Replaced my rear brakes without letting me know they were going to do so. Left the lugs on my wheel loose (i unscrewed them by hand). Left rear differential oil all over the inside of the skid plate. (which also dripped on to the floor of my garage). And gave me a Bill of over $300 when I was told $200 when I dropped it off. The old guy at the parts counter wasnt the friendliest either. The guy sees me trying to unload my bike it the parking lot and proceeded to park his hooptie at the back of my trailer when there is 4 other empty spots next to him. This place has terrible service and would never recommend this shop to anyone.

I am extremely happy with my purchase of a 2016 Honda CTX700D. The salesman, Roger was a big help in showing me the good points and not so good points in different types of motorcycles. I have not driven a motorcycle for about twenty years, and with Rogers help I picked a wonderful machine. I was not sure about an automatic transmission on a bike, but I really like it. The purchase price Roger gave me for the CTX700D bike was well over a thousand dollars less than the same bike at Commonwealth Motor Sports in Prince George. The options I ordered were installed at the stated price and the bike was ready for pickup at the time we set up. They were also very helpful with the accessories I purchased at the building next to their shop. The sales person helped us choose a helmet for my better half and I purchased a set of side saddles. Thanks again to Roger and Richmond Honda House.

Quick friendly service. I took my scooter in around noon for an oil change. I was dressed in athletic clothes because I thought I was going to have to run back to downtown Richmond while they worked on it. My scooter was my only mode of transportation that day. The front desk service guy was nice and helpful and made sure to take my scooter inside the garage before I left (I was worried about theft). I started running back downtown on Broad and got a call that they had already finished up. Took only 20 minutes. Choy, the mechanic that had worked on my scooter, had inflated the tires and done an inspection.

They didnt do what I asked. I took my scooter to them to get a squeak in the front looked at and when I got it back it was still there. I told them it might be the front break and if it was to check the back. So they changed the front break without my permission and noted that the back was low but would pass inspection. When it was there they could have changed it to but they didnt even call to tell me or ask if I wanted it done. I also asked to have a tune up and oil change they only did the the oil change. This is complete incompetent in management and work staff

Dropped off two Yamaha Grizzlys to get serviced / Tune up. One was not running at all. Asked to drain tanks and perform normal tune up. Tune up usually involves erplacing the plugs. Well they might have drained the tanks but put the old gas back in? Also none of the spark plugs were replace. Also - Got the one that wasnt running home and it ran for 10 minutes and died again. I hate that place and have had years of problems with them even when I owned jet skis dont get me started on that fiasco...WORST HONDA DEALERSHIP ever.

Bought my first new bike in 17 years from this place and I am dead pleased. I paid cash (meaning there isnt as much profit as if I were to finance) but they still treated me with great customer service. All of my questions were answered and not once did they make me feel like I was bothering them. Ive bought accessories as well and the parts department is top notch as well. Their prices are very fair and are competitive with what you can buy online for. I wont be going anywhere else.
