My dealings with these folks has been mostly with the parts department. The only person that I have dealt with that seems to actually know about the mechanics of motorcycles is a guy named JD. Do yourself a favor and just ask for him. Everyone else is nice, but not very knowledgeable about mechanics. My other issue is that they dont seem to stock hardly any parts, even after the move into the new, bigger place. They have lots of shinny accessories, but nearly no actual parts. It takes at least a week for them to get anything AND you have to pay up front. Also I dont think they are keen on returns, either. I would say my dealings with them have been fair to good over all, but if they want to increase their parts sales, they should increase their stock, educate their people, or hire new ones. Also Im sure stocking more parts would help their service department repair motorcycles faster.

Absolutely an incredible experience that far exceeded any expectations. John was phenomenal and genuinely a great guy. Even JP was helpful along the way and you get to meet everyone from the different departments. They truly made me feel like the wanted to find the best bike for me and always looked out for my safety. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I will be referring everyone to go see John and know I will be back for more gear, upgrades, and potentially upgrading my bike down the road. Thank you to everyone there for all of your incredible help and making me always feel welcome.

Dont waist your time or money at this dealership, poor service and below average integrity of products marketed and sold. Profits over customers, visit the other Harley dealerships in the area, have always been impressed with the Harley brand up until stopping here and spending money, never again.

Got stranded about 30 miles away From SHHD on Memorial Day on my way home from Rolling Thunder to NC. They were the only dealership open. They got everything I needed together while I was on the phone. Staff was friendly and customer service was outstanding. Had me back on the road in no time!

motorcycle salesmen not able to negotiate and make deals without approval on weekends (could be owner decision) and only care about their kickbacks from finance companies. I guess cash doesnt mean anything any longer. Fortuneately there are other Harley dealerships throughout your state.

Ive done biusiness here for a while . Rob , a salesman , sold me my first Harley back in 05 and he still knows me by name . Reggie in service is really knowledgeable as well . I drive out of the way to do business with Steel Horse instead of my local Harley dealer and will continue to .
