AT DOUGLAS WHITE FLORIST THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I suppose thats why theyve been in business for 68 years. Janet from Douglas White Florist was very kind and responsive to our needs. Though we can be confusing and demanding, they more than accommodated us when our delivery address was outside of their delivery area and attempted to quickly offer other options to get the flowers to the recipient. Our firm is grateful for their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond. Rocky McElhaney Law Firm would definitely recommend Douglas White Florist!

These people are the best! Called to order Flowers from their website and the picture did not do them just for my aunts funeral in Columbia, TN- they were freshly cut, gorgeous purple colors, etc., and I will use them again in the future. Customer service was also exceptional as was the designer of the arrangments.

Flowers ordered and never delivered. Went to the store and after multiple excuses flowers were not even ready by close. Others there also with missed delivery of their items and we all requested refunds. Would not recommend.
