When my grandmother passed away last year one of the things that we had to do was find flowers for her funeral. First we went to another flower shop in town and the owner was very uncaring did not offer any sympathies was not patient and was very matter-of-factly this is what you pay I dont care the end. So my aunt and I went to lively when we got there a younger lady was helping us but then the owner came out and she apparently knew my grandmother my aunt just did not remember they knew each other and she said that she would be honored to make flowers for my grandmothers funeral and proceeded to make beautiful arrangements and did not charge us these out rages prices it was a very reasonable price. Thank you for your kindness

Lively Florist just handled the pall for my Mothers funeral. They allowed me to pre-order and pay early as we learned that Mom would pass in the coming week. They followed my every wish with purple, blue, peach and deep pink wildflowers. They noticed when we admired pieces during a visit and made recommendations to friends when they called. Lively also coordinated all the arrangements to work with the others. The flowers were beautiful and would had really pleased Mom. Thank you.

Plant sent was not as described online and when ordered by phone, I was not advised that it was not available. When I called the next business day to inquire about this, I was subjected to rude responses by the owner of the shop.
