There is a reason why this business is not BBB accredited. NEVER order online from Franklin Flower and Gift Shop. They delivered a bouquet that could not have been more different from the bouquet that was advertised and ordered from Teleflora. (attached photos reflect the large bouquet "Burst of Autumn" as advertised on Teleflora and then the actual bouquet of merely FOUR gerber daisies that Franklin Flower & Gift Shop delivered). The advertised bouquet was a total of $65 (promising roses, lilies, and chrysanthemums) and supposed to stand approx. 2 ft high. The bouquet that arrived with merely FOUR gerber daises and stood 6-8 inches high in a small glass box. Besides not looking anything like the advertised bouquet, it was of remarkably inferior quality than the one I paid for ($65 for four gerber daisies? You have to be kidding me.). TERRIBLE customer service. After calling the shop to let them know about the mistake, they refused to correct the mistake, making excuses about the rate structure of their relationship with Teleflora (since the wiring service takes a percentage, your bouquet will reflect the reduced price, not the price you actually pay). In order to either refund or replace an OBVIOUS mistake on their part, Franklin Flower and Gift Shop requires a RETURN of the old flowers for new ones without apology (Why would they want these flowers? Why would they impose an additional burden on the recipient of the flowers when they made a clear mistake in the first place? They were unable to provide me with an answer to these questions). I specifically picked this shop to deliver my Teleflora order after reading a few negative reviews, and I disregarded them. Dont make the same mistake I did!

I live in Las Vegas Nevada. Last week my former Father-in-law passed away and I needed to send flowers to the church in Franklin Tennessee. Its always a big gamble when you have no idea who a reputable florist is in the area...and even after you choose one, who knows what your recipient will end up receiving? I found this Flower shop and called, I told the lady what I could afford and what I wanted it to look like...she was very helpful. The Flowers arrived before the service and my Mother-in-law caled a week later to tell me how beautiful they were! She said they still looked great a week later, and that none of the other flowers have lasted like these! That made me so happy! It was money well spent, and I felt like I put my trust in the right business. Thank You Franklin Flower and Gift Gallery, you made two people very happy...the giver and the recipient!

Excellent Customer Service - Over the top!!!! Franklin Flower and Gift Gallery has outstanding customer service. I live in Alabama and have a son that lives in Franklin. He was sick at home, with no family in town. I found this florist through a Google search and called to see if they could put together a basket with the feel-good foods needed when you have a severe cold or flu. They went out of their way to go to the grocery store to purchase soups, Gatorade, fruit juices, healthy candy bars, fruit, and even vitamin C! They did not have to do this, but they chose to go the extra step to satisfy a customer they didnt even know. My son called and said it made his day and the items in the basket really helped him start to feel better. Excellent customer service!

My husband ordered flowers for me from this shop while he was deployed overseas. When they were two days late in delivering the bouquet, my husband told me about the surprise (which spoiled it) and I had to call to find out what happened. The lady on the phone expressed no apologies and denied the fact that it was an inconvenience. I didnt even want the flowers anymore at that point, since the surprise had been blown. But he had already paid, so I told them to bring them out. I asked if she could at least refund us for the delivery fee. She would not. My husband spent $80 on a bouquet and lovely note that should have been a great surprise, but because of the horrible customer service, it was a waste.

Horrible customer service. We walked in to discuss flowers for our wedding, and the place was very messy and cluttered. I was tripping over boxes just to find someone to help us. After waiting, a woman finally took us to the cooler to check out flowers, and there was hardly anything to choose from! We ended up getting our flowers from Kroger, They had much nicer flowers and a better variety. Plus the person at Kroger that helped us actually listened to what we wanted and made it happen, with a smile on her face. You wont find that at The Franklin Flower Shop! I dont know how this place has been in business for so long!

This is one of the best florist Ive ever been to. They not only have flowers, but also have gifts you cant find at other places. I found that if you want to include something with your flowers, just shop around their gift shop and they will include it with the flowers they deliver. They also have yummy chocolate, jewelry and baby gifts. Its an all in one shop and I see why they won the Sizzle Award for #1 Florist in Williamson County! I have recommended this florist to all my friends and they were very pleased.

I have used Franklin Flower and Gift Shop two times and they have been absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend loves the arrangements and all of out friends and family agree that she always gets the most beautiful arrangements. The staff had been very accommodating to my unusual request. I just cannot say enough about how great my experience has been here! Thank you Franklin Flower and Gift for the beautiful flowers I picked up on 2/23/12, they were even better than I could have imagined!

I am a deployed soldier in Iraq and have had excellent service from Meredith and the folks at Franklin Flower. They have always treated me kindly and have helped me surprise my wife with roses many times during my deployment. Always delivered on time and are very reasonable with their prices. If something wasnt quite right, they addressed it immediately. I recommend them very highly.

Superb arrangements, fresh flowers, fast and reliable delivery and excellent customer service. What more can you ask of a flower shop? I tried 3 other shops in Mountain View only to be disappointed. When spending so much on flowers, as a customer, I expect to be satisfied and Franklin Flower & Gift Gallery does just that. Great job!
