I have purchased flowers several times from this flower shop. I truly believe what they do is much nicer than most shops. However, Im rating them a 3 based on my last experience with them. Normally, I dont write a review based on a sole experience but this was inconvenient and bizarre. I called and ordered an arrangement on a Friday for pick up on Monday and provided them with the name of the arrangement per their website. On Monday, they presented me with my invoice to confirm my order and proceeded to place my order together. However, an employee approached me to tell me that they had nothing prepared for me and that they had no clue what the arrangement was that I ordered. So, I pulled up their website on my phone to show them what I ordered. In the midst of pulling up the arrangement on my phone, an alternative arrangement was being put together based on the name of the arrangement and their best guess of what it represented. Even after pulling up the image from their website, I still left with something completely different than I had expected. Now, Im not the kind of person to want something for nothing and what I got wasnt terrible. I understand business is business and that mistakes will happen. BUT, there was a reason I placed my order in advance and chose the option I chose. I feel as though some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and my time should have been in order. And I shouldnt have to ask for it. $5 off or an extra flower or two, something. I got nothing and was charged full price and even had to wait to be checked out because they couldnt figure "something" out. I was even told that their website was hacked. I highly doubt that, but even if their site was hacked this didnt seem like a situation having anything to do with the fact that they had no idea what they were offering online.

I live in Las Vegas, my wife went to Indy on a business trip. She had a meeting in Indy and then she had to drive to Chicago the next day for more meetings. After I dropped her off at the airport, I headed home to find florist in Indianapolis. I wanted one close to the Hilton Hotel downtown. I looked at four different shops. Then JP PARKER caught my eye. They were conveniently located and they had flowers that were not "ME TOO" types of arrangements. I noticed the vases that are tall and the flowers were completely down inside the vase. That means not only are they very unique, but they will travel well to her Chicago hotel in the car. I called, spoke with a lady who helped me. Three roses and three tuberoses in a vase with river rocks. By the way, can I get this delivered before 5:00pm. It was already 3:00pm!! (because of the time difference) The answer I got form the lady on the phone was refreshing, she said "Sure, that will not be a problem." I got a call from my wife minutes after entering her room, she had a little aggravation at the car rental company so she got to her hotel a little late. The sound of her voice on the phone was exactly what I was going for. She was happy to get the flowers and they were beautiful!! I have sent her larger arrangements, I have sent her more expensive flowers, but I have never been more spot on with an arrangement than with JP PARKER FLOWERS!!!! USE THIS FLORIST when you absolutely need your instructions carried out to the letter.

I just placed an order with Debbie, and I am located out of town. She was most helpful, she even went above and beyond her call of duty. I asked if they could do a beer mug with flowers in it. They did not have one but she was willing to go purchase one to full my request. Wow. what service. I will defiantly use JP Parker Flowers for all of my out of town flower needs. Thank you for going above and beyond making sure the customer was happy. I am sure Rick whom just had open heart surgery will be pleased and laugh when he gets his beer mug saying, "This one is for you." Thank you, Cindy Johnson Williamsburg, IN

I love getting flowers from JP Parker Flowers! I first received from JP Parker Flowers in 2013 when the owner sent an arrangement to welcome my new shop to the local business community. I was struck by how stylish it was. Since then I have used the Indianapolis and Franklin locations for personal and business arrangements. I have continued to be impressed by the quality and design of the arrangements. Even when working with a modest budget I have been pleasantly surprised with the results. JP Parker is my go-to florist and I highly recommend them as a florist.

1st Review By far the best Ive ever used! The lady on the phone was so polite and willing to work within my price range. And she managed to deliver within a couple hours of my call! Love JP wont be going any where else from now on! 2nd Review I have used JP Parker at very least 15-20 times in the last 2 years. They NEVER disappoint. I have called the BBB to praise them as well any time I find a website to review them on I do it! Affordable, friendly and very skilled in their profession. I just absolutely love this place!

Excellent. Calling from Asheville NC, I got straight through to an actual person. Debbie, the lady who answered, was kind, helpful and understanding. She made the transaction as good of an experience as can be hoped for under difficult circumstances. We havent heard how the arrangement looks or when it arrived, but I feel 100% confident their product will match their excellent service. If you need a florist, whether you are in Indianapolis or out of town, I trust and recommend JP Parker.

I needed a vase of a dozen fresh red roses delivered to my fiancee to appologize for something stupid and to let her know I loved her dearly. Im new to Indy, checked her and based on the reviews chose this florist. The customer service rep was fantastic, took my order with care, the delivery was perfect arriving just in time, and the roses, 5 days later, look linke brand new!! Awesome Job JP Parker Flowers.
