Happy Hookah is right near my office and I stop by daily. The owners are always stocking the shop with new innovative stuff and are very knowledable. I have looked around online and honestly "Happy Hookah" beats most online prices plus you get the great customer service. Usually the owners are working and they are never too busy to show me how to clean or troubleshoot my products. Its always nice to be greeted with a smile rather Im buying something or am just stopping in to ask a question and see whats new. I have recomened all my friends and family to this spot and would drive miles out of the way to give them my business. Im all about supporting Americas small business owners and these guys are the real deal.

Service was horrible ! I purchased 3 hookahs from this establishment and was disappointed with the products. One of the employees was totally unprofessional. Before I could finish explaining that after purchasing a hookah I noticed after I opened it that it was missing some components and the other one was not working properly he accused me trying to smuggle a free bowl out of him and lying about a purchase I made the prior day. We were then told to leave the store and that he would call the police if we did not leave. Disgusted at the behavior he exhibited and will never purchase from them again. Unfortunately I was a victim of being stereotyped.

Do NOT shop here. I believe the reviews saying this place is good are FALSE reviews. They sell faulty products, the guy who sold the products IS VERY RACIST AND VIOLENT and this place should be shut down. Took my friend here and she was attacked by the salesman when she went back less than 3 hrs later bc the hookah did not work and the pieces were falling off. He pretty much told her "oh well thats what you bought" very rudely before blasting out racial slurs. He knows his products are crap and I hope hes not in business much longer. I will never tell anyone to shop here or even step foot in this place.

The staff is very knowledgeable. Im a new Kratom user and have very specific needs regarding Kratom. If they happen to be out of my "go-to" strain, I know that whatever suggestion they make will be fantastic. They have some of the best prices Ive seen. Nothing worse than wanting just a dose or two, and having to spend 35-30 bucks for a whole bottle..honestly, I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. Go to Happy Hookah for some Kratom, get your feel good on, then head to the Masquerade and catch a show. That sounds like the perfect evening, amirite?!

Worst service Ive ever experienced and will never return or refer anyone. We were sold faulty hookahs with missing items and upon return to the store the following day with a receipt in hopes of retrieving the items that were missing we were accused of trying to get something for free, called out of our names, and asked to leave the store. Very unprofessional!!

The best in Atlanta, GA & its Metropolitan area of its surrounding cities. They stock up pretty frequently. They have everything youd want/need. I am a very frequent shopper/customer. The store has a modern vintage vibe its awesome. Customer service is always om point. They also do personal orders if they do not have it in stock that day from their catalogs.

I love Happy Hookah. It is a great, cute little smoke shop. Theyve got glass and other "tobacco" needs, Hookah stuff, even vape stuff. My boyfriend goes there all the time to get us more juice or shisha and coals. Theyve even got the CBS oils in now, but those are a little too expensive for me. Overall, they have good staff, and good prices.

You know when a business says its open at 1 Id expect that to be the case. Instead I wasted a trip downtown to the suprise that at 1:10 p.m. on a Saturday you were not open. Im never coming here again. I will say that you have a solid selection of glass pipes but anything ceramic or wooden isnt that great and sometimes needs modifications.

The customer service is just amazing, and the energetic worker inside actually give of the true expression for happiness. I have never left here not pleased with every decision Ive made. I go to state and I enjoy the encourage I receive and good vibes I can get on a bad day. Simply to put it happy hookah is the best

Great store with great customer service! I came in looking for an all-glass hookah and, although they didnt have any at the time, one of their employees picked one up for me the next day and even accommodated the price because it had come to them chipped. I had a tremendous experience at this store!

Convient and cute location in the heart of downtown. They have a large variety of incense, papers, and hookah and hookah accessories, but not a very wide glass selection. Youll find plenty of pipes, but very few larger pieces are featured. Customer service is friendly and welcoming.
