This place is horrible. I bout 2 vaps from them and both stop working, meanwhile I contacted them just to be told contact the company to handle the warranty which is bull. Hell I can go buy anything at Walmart and if it stops working after a month then they will exchange it . Never will I go here again

The store has average stuff but they sell individual hollow needles that are not prepackaged or even sterilized (why are you selling needles to begin with!?) As a licensed body piercer this is really angering, but I have a feeling they sell those needles for different reasons....

Just called about getting a custom glass piece made. I asked about the artist that would be making it and the lady says to me "just come by the store or not thank you" and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Especially when you consider the price of custom glass. Stay Away

Pretty big Kratom selection. The employees are awesome! Little pricey & expensive though. But you can pretty much find anything that you are looking for in here.

Prices are high, selection is limited, but theyve got the basics covered. Hey at least its accurately named - Smoke 911 is good in a pinch, to be sure.

sells knock off items. they are marked one price and then at the register will be a different price thats much more expensive. its a rip off

Cigars are stale. This is more of a head shop than cigar/tobacco store. If you need a bong, this is the place to go.
