I visited the location in Hampton VA on Pembroke Ave I was helped by Madison who lack any customer service skills. Madison was with a customer when I walked in. Madison never cracked her lips to acknowledge me until she completely done with her customer. I wanted to switch my numb over to different phone that I purchased from a family member. Madison told me that she could help me with that and I was happy. Only after about 2 minutes she tells me that she is unable to do and that I could come by on Monday to speak with Jack or Jake whoever and he could help me. I called a location around the corner who told me just what I could do to switch my phone over. After I hung up I proceeded to follow the instructions given and told Madison what I was told to do. Madison said great but you dont have to be in the store to do that. I said I know but are you kicking me out? She was like well I am the only one in the store and I have to take my break. As I was walking out I told her she really needs to work on her customer service skills and left. I went around the corner to the place I called and Cheyenne switched me over in less than 5 minutes. DO NOT GO TO METROPCS ON PEMBROKE AVE IN THE BUCKROE SHOPPING CENTER WHEN MADISON IS WORKING IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Metro PCS is a pretty good prepaid carrier. They use T-Mobile as their carrier and have inexpensive plans and good phones for low prices. The shops all carry basically the same items. This shop is excellent because of their staff. Everybody is friendly and super knowledgeable. I have been to several locations in the area and this is the friendliest of them all. I dont go anywhere else any more.
