IVE BEEN WITH METRO FOR ALMOST OVER 2 YRS. (1) MY PHONE STOP TAKING A CHARGE,SO I GOT A REPLACEMENT.THAT WAS GOOD. (2)APRIL 10 ,2017 I WENT BECAUSE I HAVE TO RESTART THE PHONE TO HEAR SOMETIMES ,WHEN I CHARGE IT TO THE MAX,THREE TO FOUR HOURS LATER I HAVE TO RECHARGE..I LIKE THE PHONE I HAVE (HTC 626 DESIRE)I ASK FOR ONE JUST LIKE IT AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET IT BECAUSE THERE IS A HAIRLINE SCRATCH ON..IM STILL UNDER WARRANTY..I GOT TO PAY THE BILL, I CANT USE MY PHONE,BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS IM HAVING WITH MY PHONE..I NEVER ASK FOR NOTHING EXCEPT ANOTHER PHONE AND I GET CHARGE TO GET A PHONE THAT I DID NOT BREAK...CAN ANBODY PLEASE HELP ME IN JESUS NAME!!!!AMEN
