Dont go to this store ! I went in here to have a new sim card put in my phone as the old one was malfunctioning. I did not have my driving license, but gave them my official state MD ID. Not only did the sales person and manager who were both very young stand and make a fuss like I was a problem person, in front of other customers, but they refused to accept my state ID. then to top it all off. the sales person made notes on my account saying I was being difficult, and refused to show ID, which is far from the truth. Found out she did this by accident as the customer service person at the call center read the notes she made to me.

Horrible Retailer, this branch, in particular, will rip you off. The charged me $10 to change sim card, and they claimed that any Authorized retailer would charge you the same, I left and went to the other Authorized retailer at Harford Mall, and the salesman didnt charge me anything. They will always find a way to charge you some extra UNNECESSARY fees. STAY AWAY

I had a great experience earlier this week at at&t at festival in Bel Air. A very nice, well informed, and all around nice guy named Alex helped me with my phone problems and my discrepancy with my over due bill. Im not one to write reviews but with the overall awesome experience I had I felt it was necessary to write about my experience.

Came in and spoke with Alexander about switching to AT&T from another carrier, Alexander made the transition as smooth as I could have hoped. I highly recommend this location mainly because of him. I will be back to see him if I have any problems. Amazing experience!!

Came into the store today to do a upgrade... found out there was fraud and Lauren and Alex went above and beyond to get that handle and got buy one get one on the phone. 3 hours later done and bought them lunch. Ill always come here for now on!! Thanks a lot!

They approved my credit that is the only good. Prices are crazy high for data. I just dislike any service anymore unless its prepaid but hate having to pay for the phone up front.
