Worst experience ever! Went in to the store to get the price for the triple play with all the movie channels and sports channels. We were shown a price on a computer and told the the receipt would be emailed. We did receive an email with the price quoted but the problem was after they came to install, there were no movie channels. So, bottom line, we spent most of a day waiting and getting set up to find out that we are paying more for less. Fortunately, they are coming back to fix something on Monday and we can have them remove all services before we waste any more time with these thieves. So, glad we can cancel and do not have to deal with the 2 year nightmare that we are sure to have when it starts out like this. The interesting thing is, when we called the guy that quoted the package he agreed that he did know we wanted the movies but forgot to include. He didnt see that this was a problem. When I called a supervisor, the he said the his employee followed all rules and did nothing wrong. SO GLAD WE CAN GET OUT OF THIS!

The wait time in this store is horrible. I went there three separate times and left frustrated and unsatisfied each time. I would give them a zero if possible. First time I went I waited for over 45 minutes without being helped. I would not have minded so much if the greeter at the door had notified me of the long wait time. I went back the next day and when I asked how long the wait time would be I was told it would be at least an hour. When I expressed that waiting an hour was too long, I was told I could make an appointment. This, in theory, was to avoid the waiting. I Made the appointment, came back and was told that we would be helped as soon as the next representative was available. I waited for over half an hour without anyone assisting me. I walked out without my new phone.

We went to Verizon to get the new pixel phone but they only had like 2 in stock. Plus the clerk didnt really speak highly of it yet he said there werent enough of them sold to say that it was or was not a good phone or contract even though we could replace her phone we still really had two months left on our current contract but we are within the terms of getting a phone so he more or less talk this out of it plus the cost of just switching the phones even though were on the edge plan which means were supposed to get phones for simply swap out would still end up with taxes and new casings and everything costs as opposed to $300 so we just decided we would wait until March and see if they were better reviews and thats when our contract is up and then we will get the phone is then

I waited over 1 hour, each time, for 3 visits, and still left without the phone i came to buy. they kept trying to sell me things i did not need or want! Then they said i had a balance due of $76.13 on my account, which was strange because i have automatic payments through my bank. i paid it because i did not want to argue. that money NEVER reached my verizon wireless account! the store debited it from my bank account, but it was never applied to my account. No idea where it went. Anyway, I visited the store 3 days in a row, spent over an each time trying to upgrade my phone, finally in day 3, after 3-4 hours spent, and $76.13 debited from my account, the sales rep goes - sorry we cant upgrade your phone until your current contract expires in 3 weeks time. Bad experience.

Very unpleasant experience with customer service today. Was prepared to buy five new phones with the trade in special and the man helping us just couldnt be bothered. Most of the arrangements had been made online so he may not have been eligible for commission, but the store was Empty (for a change). Left without phones and Im hoping we will buy elsewhere - and preferably Not Verizon! When that store had more women sales reps, it ran better - they cared more about the customer, were professional and helpful. When you have a sale In The Bag, dont Blow it!

I have visited this store numerous times over the last few years and every time has been a negative experience. Often it is customer service that is the worst, but the wait time is also sub-par. When I had to recover $100 from my fathers pre-paid phone, I had to come back three different times because they sent me out the door with the problem "solved," when it actually wasnt. When I came back the third time, the gentleman that worked with me acted irritated and was very short with me. It isnt my fault that you didnt solve the problem.

Associate was initially helpful but I had a phone that I wanted to trade in which I had forgotten to bring with me. I left and returned with the phone 20 minutes later (745 pm) and the associate that was helping me had left for the day. The other associates said it was too late to help me they were closing in 15 minutes that I needed to come back another day even though other customers were being helped in the store.

Horrible customer service. The guy who was assigned to help us vanished, so we asked the other 5 employees for help, who were just standing around talking to each other, and they refused. They said that the other guy would be right back. After waiting 15 min waiting for help, we just left. We will stick to ordering stuff on the Verizon website in the future

Good selection of products, staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgable, yet some can be too aggressive. The music levels are too loud! People with normal hearing as well as those with hearing aids (like my dad), leave with rock concert deafness. I cant stand the noise & cant wait until I can get the hell out of there.

this place is the pits. the customer service and follow up is terrible. they sell you a "New" plan that they quote you as costing $116 per month and when the second bill comes in the cost is $170. all they say is the sales person made a mistake, sorry. Bull---- ! fix your screw-up

Said theyd give us a 300+ credit for a trade in, but only gave us 23$. Then refused to give us back the phone after we came in and complained that we would not get the discount that was promised to us. Ended up giving back the new phone and ended up with no phone.

Products are there, good variety, but possibly the worst customer service Ive experienced. I recommend coming in to see the phones you like, leaving before anyone even notices you, (not hard) and then buying the phone off Amazon or another website.

This is a very bad place. I upgraded to a droid charge and was told I could get a discount on a galaxy tab which I could cancel anytime if I did not like it. Turns out I am stuck with a $30 monthly data plan I cannot cancel until 2013.
