I went in to this store yesterday to upgrade my phone as Ive been out of contract for several months, and the stores employees pretty much turned me away. The rep that I spoke with said that I would be forced out of my unlimited data plan if I upgraded my phone, and that the best the company could now offer is a capped data plan that would cost about $40 a month more than I am currently paying. His exact words were "Id love to take your money and sell you a phone but youre going to be paying more for less service". I said that I was surprised that was they best they could do for me, and he replied "well, let me show you to the door", and there stood another employee holding the door open. My wife and I walked out and will never return. Our conversation with the employees was pleasant, we were all being very courteous, but they literally showed us the door. I have been a customer for more than 10 years with Verizon, but this experience at this location has convinced us that the company is no longer interested in treating its customers with respect.

First off, I have never had a positive experience at a Verizon store. Im not originally from this area and it typically takes us 2+ hours from the time we walk in the door to when we leave with a new phone. This store was amazing. I walked in thinking it was going to be that same experience and I was wrong. We were in and out in half an hour and thats with 10 minutes of just chatting with the sales people. I was incredibly surprised. Glori was our salesperson and she was great, super personable, and wasnt pushy about selling things. We got to the store around 3pm and I expected a line but we were immediately next on the list to be helped. It seems like this Verizon actually understands how to properly staff their store unlike every other one Ive been to. Will be returning here for any future needs.

There are many things one can reasonably expect when going to a Verizon store. An uplifting human experience is not necessarily one of them, and yet, thats exactly what I got when I visited this location. Shame on me for not remembering their names, but the two people who helped me were so far above and beyond courteous and helpful that it left me genuinely emotional. In 2017, a display of decency and a sincere desire to help go a long way, and I am certainly more than happy to repay that by being a loyal customer and a loud advocate for Verizon, and the Red Rose Commons team specifically.

I have had nothing but great experiences here on multiple occasions. The staff has always been incredibly helpful. I went in yesterday for a technical issue and the salesperson was very helpful in helping me figure it out and at no time tried to pressure me into a new phone or other item. The last two times we have been in, they have looked at our account and given us discounts that we did not know about, so we have walked out paying less than when we went in. I do try to avoid the high traffic times, but I have never had to wait more than a short amount of time.

If you want to be in this store for 3 1/3 hours while they set your company up with something it absolutely doesnt need and then spend another 9 hours getting it corrected with their corporate office then this is the place to go! The management here has zero communication skills and their supervisors in training are apparently being trained to have the same skill set! Go to the Manheim Pike store and you will save time, money, aggravation and you will be greeted with smiling faces that listen which just so happens to be rule #1 in customer service!

Gloria, Dru, and Carl were just incredible helping me today. My phone, about a month old, crashed due to the camera app going on the fritz. They did everything they could to bring it back but couldnt get it to work. They set up a new phone, made sure contacts, photos, etc transferred and I was on my way. I used to dread going to the store and even switched carriers a couple years ago, but glad I came back. Great experience and help with these three great people!

I was given a LOT of misinformation (like how my corporate discount works, how to get the rebate for switching phone companies, and I switched from an iPhone to HTC and they forgot to tell me to turn my imessages off before switching so I wasnt receiving messages for weeks!! The also gave me a "free" accessory package for joining that showed up on my bill for over $100) also, it took hours to get the whole process of starting one phone line there.

Park City store the employee work more hard, if you see ants? They working same, in small space but I saw that store "1700 Frutville Pike" today with lazy employees, maybe they can’t talk and chew gum because they faint! Verizon what happen with your store? the services are too poor customer services show in the T.V promotion the true bad services. Bed services! Verizon don’t have Code of Conduct!!

The first person I spoke with fed me a ton of misinformation which contradicted what the online help had told me then started claiming I said things I never had. Luckily the manager stepped in and was very helpful. Got me the correct information and set me up so I was good to go. Had I not dealt with the manager, I would have walked away very frustrated and looking for alternatives.

I spend over $30,000 per year with verizon. Most stores go out of tgeir way to help. Not at this location. Just needed to swap phones because screen was broken. The rep assigned just wanted me to do it myself. After sitting there for 30-40 mins i just walked out. Funny thing is I came in to buy tablets for employees but I am just going to costco now.

Mr. Ed Drabik, located at the 1700 Fruitville Pike store, is a seasoned professional who understands people, business and service. Ed is patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He will help you sort out the options. I have dealt with Ed numerous times, especially with my company phones.

Do not I warn DO not work with Jay, he will scam you out of money with surprise charges. He doesnt know how to properly set up a plan so it will ultimately slap you with an overpriced bill. Verizon is the worst customer service and customer care I have ever experinced.

I have been to this store numerous times and have almost always been very satisfied with the customer service! Ed.... as was mentioned by others, was really good! (He should have a raise!) I bought a phone there several years ago and am hoping to buy another tomorrow!

Make sure you check your bill after leaving this place. Guy through insurance "in the bag" on my phone $11/month and $2.99 a month for caller ID. These guys get kick backs for these kinds of things never brought any of it up or gave me a sales pitch about it.

This is not what I would call when a Verizon Flagship stores on friendly staff all I want to do is sell you a phone when you walk through the door their customer service skills are very lacking
