At first i was very happy when i arrived and saw the huge selection of nice and low mileage vehicles. I even expressed how other carlots had previously sold me vehicles i always had to maintenance just to pass Emissions and were a hassle. They seemed to be helpful. Although the Guy Favio who sold me A Nissan Sentra seemed to me a little rushed to get rid of this particular vehicle. I test drove it and it seemed fine. Although it was everything but. Not even a day of having the car the check engine light came on.They tell u to get full coverage insurance on the vehicle which i did there it was highly expensive, and i have never even been ticketed. Odd. Well the check engine light became a weekly thing and i had to make a 20-30 min. drive to the carlots auto shop. You sit for hours and a week later your back. No one ever would tell me the issue or how they fixed the problem. This went on all of 2 months of getting the car. I also tried finding new and cheaper insurance. I did. But everytime the insurance angency would cancel my policy. They would tell me later after the carlot would make several threats to reposess the car. All because they were being notified the insurance company had dropped me. I finally was frustrated and the carlot explained the cars have Rebuilt Titles and have been in several accidents. I got a report from a company called Red Mountain whom which assured me my particular vehicle had been in 2 previous and major accidents. With this information now in hand i could only find one insurance company to cover the car. Alfa. They are expensive as well. The carlot never understood the expenses. Nor The money lost they just harrass you continuously about a payment or look for ways to repossess the car. The women are rude who answer the phone and they do not give other staff any messages. I hate that i ever bought a car here i feel trapped with a raggedy and tiny vehicle. Considering ive only had the car 5 months its looks as if im stuck. I would just simply advise you to do better research because everything that glitters isnt gold. I continue to do my part and pay on the vehicle and maintain insurance but its also odd they charge you a $7.00 fee if your paying with a credit card. Like i strongly believe thats a little close to an extra $10 bucks. Not so friendly if you ask me.

Daniel has a nasty attitude! I inquired about a 2013 Maxima via online through chat. He asked me how much i had to put down, and I told him the max I would put down on any car is $1000. On top of that the car had over 90 thousand miles on it. He then stated that he cant get me into a Maxima with that. I then asked him what could I get with 1K down because Im not going to settle for just any car when I have a 2011 Maxima myself that I only had to put $800 down on it from Nissan and it was brand new with 0 miles when I purchased it. I guess he got offended because Instead of answering my question he came back with "Ok no problem go to Nissan" . Um REALLY. He was BIG mad b/c I explained my past situation. I am a consumer thats my right!! I even tried to rectify the situation by rephrasing what I previously stated (even tho i said nothing wrong or disrespectful ) . I asked that he kept it respectful, professional and provided me with my options. At that point he stopped responding to me all together. The crazy part about it is me and my husband were going to purchase a car and finance another one for my daughter because of all of the positive reviews and recommendations but unfortunately that will not be happening . Its a good thing we were not face to face with this jerk because that wouldnt have turned out pretty. Hes rude and unprofessional and I REFUSE to spend my hard earned money or recommend this car lot to anybody. Thank God I dodged that bullet!! P.S If your going to do business with him make sure you dont mention your past car situation lol

Horrible carlot me and my girl went their and got a vehicle. Their cars are only simply nice to the eyes. All of the vehicles have rebuilt titles and have been in previous accidents. They tell you to get full coverage but dont tell you that insurance agencies will drop you because of the bad titles. Then the carlot threatens to repossess your car instead of giving you this information. My girl had her check engine light appear on a day after buying the car. This went on and on They also told her she would be under 6 month warranty in case anything went wrong. Well newsflash she bought the car in December here it is April The car just broke down. She calls the carlot their rudely staff informed her,her warranty only covered her and engine and transmission then left her on hold for ten minutes only to be again rude and tell jer no one would speak to her. The damage is on her to fix. Sucks right to do her a young hardworking woman this way but its common in the auto dealing business. The guy Favio who sold her the car seemed to me very eager to get her in this particular car. It just saddens me she is now without a vehicle again and she did everything they asked of her. I would advise someone not so kind as her to not visit this carlot alone and clearly do your research before spending your hard earned money on a rip off of a carlot.

IM ALWAYS HESITANT TO BELIEVE REVIEWS BUT I WANT YOU TO HEAR ME WHEN I SAY#IVE BEEN BUYING CARS FROM AUTO DEPOT SINCE I WAS 18#MY FIRST CAR WAS A FORD MUSTANG 05 IN 2005#AND I BOUGHT IT FROM AUTO DEPOT#IVE HONESTLY NEVER WENT ANYWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE A CAR# Thats 10years +of buisness with auto depot#I KNOW THE OWNER VERY WELL#THE WORKERS/SALES MEN ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY UNDERSTANDING#ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM#THEY HAVE AN ANSWER#IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE EVEN WAY PAST WARRANTY DATES GETTING REPAIRS I MEAN EVEN MAJOR REPAIRS TAKEN CARE OF BY MY DEALERSHIP#AUTO DEPOT IS THE PLACE TO GO#AND IM STILL TO THIS DATE TEN YEARS LATER DRIVING IN A CAR FROM AUTO DEPOT!#TELL PETER OR DANIEL OR THE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY THAT I SENT YOU!

I remember the very first time I visit Auto Depot. I asked a 1000 questions. And the salesman had a 1000 answer. No matter how many times I stop by. They always treated me like it was my first time. Not like some other car lots. They wouldnt even help me after stopping by a few times. I was only trying to weight out my options. And thats what I love about their no pressure sale man/sale women. Its all about the happiness of the customer. So I HIGHLY recommend Auto Depot. And did I mention their reasonable down payment. Thanks you guys! Zane Carney
