SO SUPER PISSED! Crap service... Crap customer service... Just had a manager try to convince me that raw shrimp can sometimes appear cooked...meaning, if its pink/red, it is still raw. There were no signs the cod was previously frozen. I just automatically assumed, if Im buying fish from the counter, that it is fresh. I cant let this discourage me from cooking fresh food, instead of buying processed! This was a new recipe, that actually got me and my family excited to cook fresh. Dearest manager Frank, only a moron would believe that shrimp raw from Louisiana appear pink, instead of gray, like all other raw, fresh fish around the world. I dont even want to bother returning the $15.00 worth of fresh fish I purchased. SO ANNOYED!!!

Terrible store! Ive lived in west milford for three years and live right up the street from this store, I shop at shoprite of Oakland thirty minutes away. Everyone who works here is rude, and have had nothing but bad experience here. Stood at the bakery counter for ten minutes and was totally ignored so I walked away, then I went to the check out counter and actually checked out without a word from the clerk, no hello no thank you.... silence. And that was just today! Dont shop at shoprite of west milford! Its a dirty dump full of rude employees!!!!!

Store has not been updated since Noah and his ark!! The store always is short on inventory. If frozen veggies are on sale I hope you only want corn or peas never a full selection that would have carrots an such. This is the same scenario for all canned goods, frozen items and so on. The store should be leveled and rebuilt so it is from this century

Its convenient, the bakery is really good. Workers seem friendly not like other shop rites where workers seem disgruntled, even though they might be and just hide it better. I only wish they had a different brand of milk since they only carry the ShopRite which contains rBST Im not a fan. Otherwise, their meat is fresh and with a good selection.

They suck. Nothing on sale is ever stocked. The employees are slow but at least friendly. The employees are the best part of the store. Management seems to be non exsistant. Customer service is a joke when you need help. Except for Norma. She will bend over backwards for you. The store looks like crap. I could go on but no point.

We shop here on a weekly basis and without fail we end up with rotten food. Last week we cut open some fruit and it was rotten inside. This morning opened half and half and it was sour. Last night bought a pack of organic chicken and just opened it an almost passed out from the smell. Very disappointed

Good for all your average needs. Needs a lot of work though. Ive purchased expired goods, for example Bolthouse Farms juice, so they arent on top of their products. Also, they offer almost nothing organic! Very weak selection for variety here in select goods. Should cover all your basic needs though.

This is the only option locally for a grocery store locally for me. It does have the essentials. Sometimes produce is good and sometimes not and they have a very small organic section for produce. This store seems outdated but is kept clean and staff is usually very helpful and friendly.

Long lines, parking lot design is awful. Cars are funneled into the front entrance where cars have to yield to all the pedestrians exiting the store and backs everyone up. Cant cross the parking lot easily to get to other exits and way too many cobblestone dividers.

Good selection, a lot of items that I wouldnt expect. I have to say, I hate how the store is organized but, they do their best. Produce is a hit or miss, meats/fish/deli are great. Most importantly staff are friendly and helpful. I wished they offer more hot foods!

I moved to new Jersey a year ago and I get my insurance through family members in Georgia where I used to live. The pharmacy treats me like Im an idiot and always gives me problems. Im switching pharmacies as soon as I can.

Store definitely needs a MAJOR upgrade!! Moved here from Lodi NJ and what a difference. The deli clerk was wiping his nose before handling the meat. Had to say never mind and walk away. Definitely needs improvement.

This stores renovation cannot come fast enough. The prices are cheap, but the experience is nominal at best. And STAY AWAY on Sunday afternoons and during rush hour on weekdays; the lines are a nightmare.

Whenever it carries items we like, they go out of stock to never return. Also they recently got a new manager who is firing every staff member that people like, and replacing them with rude ones.

Dated and dirty... Wouldnt feed their produce to my pet rabbits... Take a lesson from ShopRite of Warwick, NY... They get their produce from all the local farmers... and its fresh!

Its a perfectly good grocery store and cheaper than other ShopRites nearby, but the produce isnt always the freshest and they have fewer options in general than the other ShopRites.

Crowded, not enough cashiers, parking lot is awful, store looks dirty. Use the shop online option unless you like to fight crowded aisles and stand in long check out lines.

People are great selection is very good but parking is horrible and it is never a quick trip going here minimum of 10 min even for one item

The redesign of parking lot is awfully makes you drive to front where everyone walks will cause accident and injure someone walking

We like the prices, but they just changed the parking lot and now its to hard to find parking, so we avoid it here if we can.
