Store has gone downhill since its opening. I have shopped there with some regularity and on a recent trip I noticed prices of prepackaged deli salads marked with wrong weight. Small containers marked as 1 lb. and charged for 1 lb. I picked up a couple of Bai 5 drinks. One was outdated by 3 months! I bought gummi vitamins and discovered when I opened them, they were all mushed together....yuck! The last disappointing experience was with a container of Noosa yogurt. While showing a timely sale date, when opened found the top of the yogurt had mold on it. There have been too many problems in a short period of time which suggests something is terribly wrong with how this store is run. I see another person has posted about out of date merchandise still being for sale. I had gone to customer service to report the above concerns. Maybe I should have called the Health Dept. instead.

Had lunch there today and just about every single table had food or dried liquids on it. Disgusting. I had to sort through four trays before I could find one that looked clean. Roast beef sandwich was terrible. Served on cold bread and it was so near the end it should have been discarded. Could not find a Pepsi or Coke in the freezer case and had to go to the complete end of store to get a cold soda. Oh, the bathrooms were filthy. This store has gone downhill fast. Waited ten minutes before anyone from customer service came to the counter.

Total hell hole of death and destruction. The convenience of having a so called butcher thats supposed to cut meat daily yet, 3 times in 4 months have to return steaks that are rotten rancid and green. Not even just steaks another time the health and natural drinks were even rotten. I really understand why fairway went bankrupt and filing for it. Quality control is as lacking as common sense in the Middle East. Do yourself the favor. Stick with shop rite or goto Trader Joes. Never again.

Was just there. Very empty. Waited for well over 5 minutes at deli the only gal working it seemed was busy helping someone grind coffee. Decided against waiting any longer. Waiting on line to pay with 2 customers in front of me and 2 in back. New register open someone came right from shopping and surpassed the other people waiting. Not the way things should have happened. I predict a christmas closing. Uncle guiseppe and wegmans worth the extra mile. Fairway no way

Upscale super market. The prime beef is amazing. Love the stuffed clams in the seafood department. Clean store. Cleaner and significantly shorter lines than other supermarkets. Reason is that its pricey. Every items costs more. The hot foodbar got fried sweet muduro plantains. I only shop at fairway for specific items. Its a gourmet supermarket for the relatively wealthy. Its like a less snobbish whole foods with better meat.

i came to shop on a friday at 5pm needed to cut meat sorry the butcher is out to lunch he ll be back in 5 min ok i did some shopping came back in about 15 min he is still out to lunch 45 min later he is still out to lunch. manager was called had someone else to cut the the meat and offered $10 off my shopping. But that is not the answer where is the butcher at prime time and why there is no one else to do it?

Terrible customer service - I called twice about a catering order for Christmas. I received no call back, finally got customer service 2 days ahead of Christmas Eve and as told there was nothing they could do and they had returned all calls which simply was not true. Asked to speak to a manager and was put on permanent hold. Such a shame.

Whoever cooks for the hot food bar uses too much Tabasco! Even the Tomato-Basil and Lentil soup are very spicy, too much for me, and Im a fan of spicy food -- I eat kimchee for breakfast almost every day. The rest of the store is what you would like expect a Fairway to be, hence my three-star rating instead of two.

Nice store, well maintained... but prices are quite high. I get what it is supposed to be, but not sure its my type of supermarket. Very nice coffee selection, spices, etc. A nice place to go if quality is your utmost concern and/or are looking for that hard to find brand... or just dont want the normal brands.

Great cheese selection and olive oils! I love to try them and bring a new one home every couple of weeks. Fish its great! But the best is all the vegetables and fruits they have. I take my kids here to see everything and each time we go they can choose one or two new fruits to try

Nice supermarket, great selection of produce and they have items that are hard to find elsewhere. They also have an awesome beer selection. They are pretty pricey though. I will come here when I want to find something different but I would not shop here weekly.

Many items can be expensive, but the coffee is excellent and very inexpensive for a basic Italian Roast. Also very good beer selection. Watch for their specials - they can have some good deals too, but wouldnt go here for all my shopping. because of price.

If you want get in and out... impossible because only one entrance and exit. So if you park closer to one door you way not get in unless someone is walking out and it is ridiculous to have to walk there most of the store just to get something quick.

Very affordable prices. Huge produce selection. I picked up 10 humongous pomegranates for $2 each. Unheard of prices. The hot food bar boasts a huge selection of mouthwatering food, from steak to salmon to veggies and everything in between.

Love This Place! A little pricey to do my normal food shopping, but when Im looking to splurge a little bit, this is the place to do it. Meats are fantastic. Coffee selection is awesome. Hot food area is also very good and varied.

There is always something interesting and/or unusual to be discovered at Fairway. My personal favorite is its elephant ears (aka angel wings) pastry. Terrific beer selection too! Plenty of parking.

Great Kosher food section! Even though we live within walking distance of many other Kosher markets, Fairway offers a wide variety of products we can eat and we love the fresh fruits there are great

The prices are a bit high, but many of their items are of higher quality. I wouldnt by regular grocery items there but their meets and cheeses are great. Oh and they have the best bagels.

Cant believe how much outdated product was in the dairy case-- some by 6 days! Selection does not come close to Paramus store. Produce looked good, but was awful. People not very helpful

It is a great supermarket with a lot of organic choices. Good layout, excellent bakery. Their cheese, olive, olive oil, coffee and tea, and deli selection is superb albeit a bit pricey.

Fabulous selection!! Love the Fairway olive oils! Great selection of breads and cheeses and coffees. Only problem is its sometimes hard to find things because the store is so big.

This was a very nice supermarket with a lot of organic and regular selections. They had a good variety of products and even a Salad bar, Hot dishes bar, and Sushi selection.
